Paul was awesome! He was able to come out less than a day after requesting service to fix my faulty heater. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue with the heating sensor that another contractor failed to fix. Very friendly and high quality service.

We’ve had ProMax out a few times for our oven, washing machine, and other appliances. They are always able to come same day or the very next day. The repair is always completed promptly and for a fair price. One time, they learned that a replacement part they used in one of my appliances can cause injury. And they called me right away to replace it with a different kind at no charge. This above and beyond service is something that will keep me calling them and referring them to others for appliance repair.

My iven sugfered a grease fire and needed to be internally cleaned and checked over to make sure it was safe and wouldn’t catch fire again. The technician was prompt and extremely thorough. He did a great job overall, was clean and neat and friendly. Payment was simple and quick. Second time i gave used them and will use again!

Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Our dryer was knocking and going a bit crazy but the service worker fixed it in under 30 minutes.

So I bought appliances from Home Depot and the installation package. As anyone knows, these newer appliances don’t always fit. Many times they need to have modifications in order for them to fit. Well …there I was with a half tore up kitchen, new appliances in the living room, and excuses from rookie installation guys from Home Depot on “the tile won’t work..I can’t touch 220v electricity…the dishwasher won’t come out…” hmmmm, okay.
So I reach out to pro max because they were local to me. Surprise..they can come that day! That’s awesome because if somebody didn’t come I was going to be dinner..and my wife the broiler cook.
Alex shows up, and he was a man of little excuses and all action. I own a business, and I honestly wish I had one guy on my team that was as good as he was at his job. When I told him what Home Depot said he looked at me like “what the heck are you talking about?” He let it go in one ear and out the other as he went straight to work. He worked on my job until it was done, even if it meant through his own dinner time. The guy is truly max pro! Compared to poor service and excuses from Home Depot the price couldn’t be beat.
So I ask you….if dog poop went on sale would you buy it to get a deal? No…of course not. This was a clear case of cheap ain’t cheap, it’s expensive. Cheap wasted my time on a day I specifically took off work to get this done. Thankfully Alex came in to handle this. Somebody give this man a raise because he deserves it.

Max was very professional and knowledgeable. I reached out to him for a second quote after the first company that quote me said I needed to replace certain things. Max came, figured out the REAL issue, and he fixed my issue so quickly and for much cheaper than what the first company quoted me. I highly recommend and would hire him again for any other HVAC and water heater concerns.

Pro Max was immediately available, professional, and very helpful with info to prevent our issue in the future.

Naum went above and beyond in attempting to correct our freezer and ice maker issues. He did not ultimately remedy the issue, but he made three separate service calls and did not charge for the last two. He also communicated with me while on his vacation.

My $4,000 Samsung refrigerator was only a few years old but was having substantial refrigeration problems. The appliance had undergone previous repeated repairs from "Samsung approved" technicians. I contacted Pro Max and was pleased by their responsiveness and ability to get my repair scheduled quickly. I am leaving a full 5 star review not because the experience was always perfect (there were minor hiccups, and these things happen), but because the business repeatedly demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and an impressive level of perseverance to make sure my refrigerator was properly repaired. Never before have I had a repair technician work so hard to make sure the job got done right. They did NOT charge me more, and their prices were fair. They didn't refuse to do any more when a new challenge emerged. They just didn't give up. They kept going and kept going until my refrigerator was fully functional and doing everything it was supposed to do. No complaining. Always a positive attitude. My technician was especially hard working and I very much appreciate the professionalism and dedication to excellence.

Arsen came this afternoon (Saturday) and fixed the ice maker fan in.my refrigerator. He knew exactly what to do and spent 1 1/2 hrs doing it. He was efficient, polite, And competent. I would have no reservations calling him again if the need arises.

They do all 12 of my hotels in my region that's Sacramento and bay area, they are reliable and they get the job done I've had them repairing our HVAC units and commercial dishwashers and walkin freezers for over 4 years now and I don't trust anyone but these guy's. Tired of the runaround check out Pro Max.🛠
