Had a problem with our electric oven not getting up to temperature and just having temperature being unstable. The tech came out and diagnosed it and replaced a bad sensor. Everything is baking as expected again. They were able to come out within a day of my call (it was not a kitchen emergency to me) and they were on time and reasonably priced. And they fixed it.

Great job and a great price! Ordered my parts, made the repair quickly and I’m back up and running. For appliance repair you can’t be their service!!! Satisfied!!!

Alex came the same day I called when my freezer stopped working. He did not have the part on hand but returned early the next day and completed the repair. He was friendly, professional and cleaned up the whole area when he was finished. I highly recommend them.

The technician came in to fix my dryer, found that it was an issue with my electrical. He troubleshooted the issue and got it fixed very quickly. He was genuinely invested in making sure things worked properly.

My three year old LG Dryer had loose baffles (the wings that fluff inside the dryer drum)... and although I googled how to fix it, I wasn't about to remove the top and do it.

The ProMax gent who came was great - he handled it efficiently and with great communication. The dryer works great again!

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The washing machine repair was handled in a careless and unprofessional manner. The technician seemed rushed, barely inspected the unit, and confidently claimed the issue was fixed. In reality, the problem was never resolved. Shortly after the visit, the machine stopped working again, making the entire repair completely pointless. The price charged was far too high for the quality of work provided. When I tried to follow up, communication was slow, vague, and ultimately stopped altogether. No accountability, no proper support, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. I strongly advise staying away from this service

Had an issue with the display screen on an older Kitchen Aid double oven. Elijah came out and quickly determined that the module was no longer made but refurbished units were available. A week or so later the part came in and Elijah came back and installed it. It wasn't cheap but it was fixed...and cost a LOT less than a double oven! Highly recommended Pro Max

I have used Pro Max a couple of times and could not be happier with the service they provide. Paul and Boris came out last week to repair the indoor ice make in the refrigerator. The issue was not corrected so they came back since it was under warranty. They were able to correct the concern and the ice maker is working perfectly.

Paul and Boris explained everything during the repair which I really appreciated. They both are very proffesional, courteous and thorough. They never try to sell you anymore than is needed and always makes it right.

The people who answer the phone have always been great and know what the are doinging.They respond quickley to messages and phone calls and are very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Pro Max to any one looking for a reputable and honest company.

If you need air conditioning repair this company is great. The price to inspect and repair a switch was very reasonable. Very honest, knowledgeable, and very, very reasonably priced. I never thought I would do this but the guy was so nice and reasonable I gave him extra/tip...

Superb service! I called Valley on Monday morning. They came that afternoon and had the A/C working again within an hour.

We just had our AC serviced today and as always you guys are awesome, Always on time, very professional and responsible. we've been with this company for over 20 years and never had an issue, today when we were trying to see the recommendations to improve the unit we push on the wrong section giving Jasom one star when in reality you deserve and earned more than 5 . I was very lucky to have found Valley heating and air. They answered my call quickly and despite their busy schedule they were able to get out to my home the same day. We are so grateful, especially during these cold months. We called a few other places and they didnt seem like our lack of heat was a priority for them. Devin, the manager there was very sweet and made me feel like this company really cares about their customers. I am definitely sticking with Valley heat and air going forward. Another awesome thing about them is they are family owned and have been in business for 60 years and in trying times like these, I love supporting local companies. The best of the best! Jason from Valley Heating and Air Conditioning is a total life saver! He has been "our" guy for I think about 10 years now, if not more. He is never too busy to rush over for an emergency and no job too big or complicated to put off or not make it his first priority. This company did a good job in repairing my A/C problem. They were the first one to respond to our call. Last week, we were having three digits weather and our A/C broke. I really appreciate that Jason was the first to show up to repair our service. At first, I thought it was a little pricey but he would take the time to call to explain why he had to charge that amount. He's the only one that would actually care about our concerns. We've been working with Jason at Valley Heating and Air for almost 10 years and have always been pleased with their service. They installed our Tran xt80 and have maintained it over all these years. The receptionist is kind, knowledgeable, and understanding; she was able to have Jason come out the same weekday we called - prompt service. Technicians are experienced and sometimes able to fix at minor cost; we have also had more major repairs when a circuit board went out - it was still under warranty so that cost were minimal; Response is quick. During these covid-times technicians were prepared and operated safely following state/federal guidelines with distance, masks, etc. We're very happy with their service, administration, and administrative assistants handling our calls and managing our situation. From the moment I called Valley Heating and Air, I was treated as a valued customer with abundant compassion and caring from the office manager, Devin. She was extremely thorough, communicative, and did everything she could to get a representative to our house when it was 110+ degrees. When the technician, Jason came to our house he immediately got to work and provided us options for repair or replacement. We decided to replace the unit since it was so old and couldn't be happier with the service and the new A/C unit.
