Edited to add that while the actual electrical work was great, afterwards the company kept emailing and calling me about various things like sign a contract after I had signed the invoice at the time of service. Kept up for a week long after the check had cleared and was annoying. Downgraded from 5 to 3 based on that. Not signing a contract that says payment due a week after the work was done when we already paid!
