Avoid this company if you value your home's integrity. The mini split installation was botched, with the condensation line coming apart due to its careless use of electrical tape. Despite multiple return visits, issues persisted, and problems kept resurfacing. Water even leaked from a light fixture in my hall, potentially posing a risk. The photos clearly show the water seeping into my closet – it's a hazardous situation that could have been prevented with better workmanship.
