Contractor reviews in Carson, California

This business closed down, but the service was unprofessional. When I inquired about completion, Justin promised his team would finish the job, but never followed through. Calling and emailing were met with no response. Another contractor had to take over, as did Katrina when I asked for an invoice - despite her assurances. Ryan, a former employee of Justin's, confirmed he took pride in his work but left my HVAC system with leaks due to faulty welding. If you want a job abandoned, contact Justin and his crew won't let you down. If there's a misunderstanding, look up the other reviewer who has proof and receipts. It's clear this business is no match for handling small homeowners like me.

Regards,
Jennifer

Justin did an excellent job installing two water chillers in our facility. He was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. We're very happy with the clean setup, which minimizes excess piping. This approach is a positive note - he gets the job done right. We'll definitely hire him again for future projects. If you need a reliable service, consider Dr Cool Refrigeration & Hvac; they can provide a legitimate solution.
