Did not complete the cleaning as requested. I contacted Molly Maid and expressed to them that I need a deep cleaning due to having to sell my house. I informed them that we were going to have pictures taken this week and were going to have an open house this weekend.

They stated it would be 3.5 hours and then called to let me know they needed an addition 30 minutes. This totaled up to $600. Upon inspecting their work, I realized that the outside of the windows had not been cleaned, the patio furniture was not even touched, and there were still cobwebs in many corners of the house. This was all supposed to be included in my cleaning because I specifically requested it.

When my Realtor Agent called Molly Maid to report the issues, they stated that non of these issues were involved in the cleaning and that I would have to pay extra. So after 4 hours of cleaning and a $600 payment, I still had to spend 2 hours of my own time cleaning the rest of what they had left. I even called Molly Maid myself and they related to me that they did not clean any outside areas due to their insurance not covering that liability. I am deeply disheartened at the low quality of work and lack of integrity when it comes to keeping their word about what their deep cleaning included.

I’m already having a hard enough time having to sell my house due to the high cost of living these days and this was the last thing I needed. Next time I will give my business to the hard working small and local home cleaning businesses in my area and I recommend that you do the same

I hired Molly Maids to come in to clean my Mothers home. I left the 2 lady workers alone with my elderly mother as I ran an errand for a little bit. When I returned my Mothers home was completely clean. They were able to clean throughly and her home smelled nice and fresh. These 2 young ladies went above and beyond. They said that their Team is Team # 7. I know if my mother needs her home again we will request Team # 7. The young ladies were super friendly and professional. Thank you again for a job well done.

Our last two cleaners Ashley and Dina did a great job. It is surprising how much they are able to do in such a short time. They were on time, polite and respectful of and our space

Yanet and Perla are our Molly Maid team that visit every other week. We've had Molly Maid since 2004. Yanet has been working with us for atleast 20 years. Perla for about 10. Trustworthy, efficient, friendly and flexible. They are like family.

OMG did Esperanza and Sandra ever get my house clean!!! I got the most thorough gorgeous top to bottom cleaning and couldn’t be happier! I’m super picky too being a retired health professional. Molly Maid delivers and with ladies like Sandra and Esperanza I completely understand why this service is so successful. I’ll never try another co again. 👍🤜🤛🤠

I would highly recommend Molly Maid. I not only had next day service, my home was cleaned super well! The cleaning staff were both thorough and efficient. They were very professional. Molly Maid also provided pricing and cleaning options specific to my needs.

We desperately needed a deep clean after a roommate moved out and Brenda and Yesi did an amazing job getting our kitchen and bathroom cleaned.

Service was efficient. Other services used would be all day for 2 rooms max. What I needed was completed in 3 hrs.

Maricruz & Aracely have been taking care if our home for over 20 years. I have no complaints, they are friendly and do a excellent job in keeping our home beautiful.

I tried with this company. The first time, they half cleaned the bathroom, half vacuumed, didnt wipe anything down, half dusted. They didnt wipe the wall down. They had to come back twice for the first appointment and still half cleaned. it was so blatant - they wiped the wall between our refridgerator and cabinet and you could literally see where they wiped once only in the middle and then left everything else. I gave them another chance (they cleaned a total of 4 times) and it is the same old, same old. Ask me how I know? We have cameras in our apartment. They keep saying we need to pick up more but we specifically picked up for that reason and they still half cleaned the bath tub/shower (you can see where they stopped wiping) half cleaned our other bathroom (didnt even take out the trash). Never cleaned the table (again, we have cameras) This is the EASIEST apartment to clean and they do the bare minimum. It's a shame, I have the funds for these services and I cant find good service. They didn't even DUST completely. Will just do it myself and leave it at that. At least I know it will be clean. And, they refused to give a refund for this last time and said someone else had to make that decision.

Don't go with this service - find someone else.

Maria and Marisol were excellent they cleaned real well and knew exactly what to do and were so kind .

Seriously disappointed. They showed up 90 minutes late and didn't call- had to call to get someone to check on them twice. Asked them to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen. Fronts of the kitchen cupboards, the floor by the stove, and the stove knobs were all still dirty. The bathrooms were hardly cleaned and the glass was streaky. The windows weren't touched at all. Such a waste of $200 for a cleaning I could've and have done myself. Was hoping for much more.

The staff arrived within the early part of the established meeting time. They were both very friendly introduced themselves and got busy going to work. They did a very thorough job and I was very satisfied. it did seem fairly expensive, but I must admit I am not familiar with other services prices

The girls came on time. They worked quickly, quietly with really good cleaning potions mops and brooms. It was an easy experience and I am appreciative. Thank you Alicia and Marta!

My experience was great. The team of workers were friendly and very professional in the work.

I’ve been getting my house cleaned on a regular basis by Molly Maid for many years now, and they’ve been doing a wonderful job. They’ve especially been able to clean things in the bathroom and kitchen that I have not been able to handle myself. I feel like the workers have a real pride in their work, and it makes all the difference. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for cleaners with attention to detail!
