I wasn’t too sure about trying the Molly Maid service at first but glad I did. I am totally pleased with the performance of the maids who cleaned my home. Very professional and thorough. I’m definitely utilizing their service again in the near future.

I've had this cleaning service for over 30 years. Piece of mind to have a clean house. I don't have to be there when I was working. They are great.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the cleaning service I have received from Molly Maid's for several years. I have consistently been pleased with their service.
Recently, a new team consisting of Angelita and Martha (team #4) began cleaning my place, and I am more than happy with their performance. They have done an exceptional job, leaving my place sparkling clean from floor to ceiling. Their attention to detail is truly amazing.
I highly recommend Angelita and Martha for their outstanding service.

Maricouz and Elena cleaned our home on December 30 and the work was done according to instructions in a timely manner. Recommended!

I had Lidia and Cecilia clean my house. They were a good team. They worked good together and separately. And they did a very good job!

I have the monthly service and everything is always completed very good with extreme attention to detail. I've used other services before, but Molly Maid has been the best thus far!

I paid for 1.5 hours…. They were here 45 minutes. There were other items that could have gotten cleaned in the remaining 45 minutes. They did a good job just left too early… I feel like I only got half of what I paid for and I ended up cleaning the remaining items myself.

Charged way too much money. For not doing what they said they would do. Service was sloppy. The house was completely empty.
Needed a deep clean for new tenants.
Asked if I wanted windows clean. Yes of course! Upon inspection they didn’t clean the outside windows. O we only clean inside.
Misleading me. Charged me as well. Asked for 1/2 hour more they would be done. Upon arrival time. They still were not done. When viewing the empty home. Dust on doors were not clean. Dust on fans were not clean. Dust on top of my mantle. Asked to speak to supervisor. After hours 5pm at this time. They insisted that I tell them what was not cleaned. They showed up at 2:pm - I asked that they leave at 5pm. We smelt no cleaning materials at all. When cleaning you use product- Well we all smelt nothing no cleaning materials.. little elbow work would have taken the hard water away from sinks water and vinegar
Charge $375.00 for 2 1/2 hours plus called and said they needed 1/2 more. For 75.00 more.
Will never use them ever again on my rental property’s.

For doing a fantastic job on my house. After a year of looking for reliable and professional cleaning. They did a superb job.

The cleaning team arrived and got straight to work. They performed the cleaning that I requested. Sandra and Erica did an excellent job. Also, very trustworthy and honest.

They were able to get me in same day. Brenda and Wendy on route 8 did an amazing job! They listened to what my needs were and left my house looking shiny and perfect for my move in.

On 12/4/25 Maricruz and Elena did a fantastic job cleaning my home; the ladies were very thorough. I really like that when they moved objects around to clean they put them back in place. Both ladies did an amazing job and left my home sparkling.

Wendy and Brenda (Route #8) did a wonderful job cleaning my home today. They were right on time and after introducing themselves went straigt to work. They were very professional friendly and not a thing was missed, They left my home sparkling and ready for the holidays.

I obtained several quotes from different companies and even though Molly Maid isn’t the cheapest or most expensive, their pricing is very competitive. They have consistent good reviews with decent number as well. We went with their initial deep cleaning and ongoing monthly cleaning to keep our house clean. We try our best to clean and maintain the house but there are certain areas we just can’t get to and need help. Brenda and Wendy (Team #8) were assigned for our initial deep cleaning and have to say, they did a great job. They came in with their cleaning supplies and ready to work. Both Brenda and Wendy were focused and did not waste anytime. The initial estimated number of hours to clean the house was not sufficient but the office reached out informing us as such and asked for our permission for another hour. The extra hour was already included in our estimate so this was not a surprise. I appreciate the fact that they still reached out and asked for our approval first instead of just adding an extra hour then billing us without our consent. Since we were home while they were cleaning, we witnessed how hard these ladies worked and understood this was necessary. This is, after all, the initial and deep cleaning so it’s expected. Brenda made sure we were satisfied with the results and happily cleaned certain area that was missed. We honestly think the area that was missed was due to the fact that they were trying their best to clean everything within the allotted and estimated number of hours and to stay accurate with them. Both Brenda and Wendy are so professional and always had a smile while working. They both deserved to be recognized by how hard they worked. We’re looking forward for next month and we hope it’ll still be them who’ll be assigned to us but we’re sure whoever Molly Maid sends, they’ll do great. Brenda and Wendy, thank you again for being so professional and keeping your beautiful smiles while working. We truly appreciate you both. P.S. They were very professional and did an incredible job. They got a lot done in what I consider a short amount of time. The bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling and smelled so so clean. Very polite and accommodating any requests I had.

The two young professionals that were sent to my recent apartment appointment did a very thorough and highly detailed cleaning job. I was gratefully impressed on how fresh and clean my home felt . The price I found to be a bit high but if you can afford it I highly recommend the service provided , it’s a huge weight lifted and great help.
