Two "plumbers" from this company came to snake my clean out. They offered a high price to do it and I said no, I will call someone else. They dropped their price in half which it what I had originally expected. They stick it in and said their snake broke 27 feet in! I had to pay for their snaking they didn't finish & still had to call someone else to finish the job! Not only that they wanted to go under my house to "check things out" about why their snake broke. They pulled apart the laundry drain pipe and took pics of the pipe and spilled water under the house and tried to charge $400 to put the pipes back together! Wow. Dishonest and very high prices. Do not recommend!

Our water heater pipes were leaking since June 8th and we called the SocalGas company who found the leak and shut our gas off. The next morning we called Pro Plumbers they were very professional and accommodating. Our service agent Jonathan quoted us $750 to replace the entire pipe unit and valves. After the consent of his superior we received a 12% discount and an extra year of warranty service. Our final total was $672. Our agent was respectful of our home and very kind. Although the price did seem high at least concessions were made and we received discounts. I would definitely choose Pro Plumbers again. Thanks alot!

I used Pro Plumbers Inc in Carson and Omar Marcial was the person they sent. The company was very fast to respond and able to give me great estimates and professional advice on what to be fixed. They have great services and refer them all. I called 3 other companies before them but didnt get a response right away or not availble on that time and I am so glad i used Pro Plumbers Inc in Carson for this job. GREAT JOB AND WILL ALWAYS USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

Omar came out and he was amazing. Friendly curteous, and very professional. He did his best to work with us financially and I def recommend him

Ulises and his assistant arrived within the 3-hour window. They repaired one outside faucet and added a second one, all within one hour. After they left I had an issue with the water pressure. I called the Carson office, and they arranged to have Ulises return that evening to make the correction. The issue was minor, but Pro Plumbers response to my concern was great!

Andrew Moreno the plumber was the best I saw in regards to analyzing and doing the repair. He makes you understand everything from materials to estimate. 100% I will recommend him to anyone.

Gilbert Rodriguez did an amazing job from Pro Plumbers, Carson,Ca. Arrived at 10:30pm and went through all the available options. He assessed the situation quickly and completed the job with no mess at all. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Johnny came SO QUICK and was able to repair our water heater leak on the spot. Saved us a lot of time and money and he was very knowledgeable. He even explained how to try to dry out the floor and ceiling so that we don’t have water damage too badly. He was also very kind and sincere. Highly recommend!!

Andrew our technician came out to service and repair the gas line for my new dryer. Old gas line and valve was out of date and leaking. Also my new washer drained more water than the previous one and was overflowing. Andrew fixed and repaired all issues that I called about and also gave me some recommendations in other areas of the house. Really happy with pro plumber, reasonable prices with todays market and professional over all. I definitely recommend ,exceeded my expectations over the last company I had over.well done

Chris was great! He was very professional and very informative. He kept me updated every step of the way. He was there on time and had everything done in a timely manner. He left no mess at all after everything. I would highly recommend!

Gilbert was great! He came at the time he said he was going to. He assessed the leak that I had and explained everything about the problem and the different options to fix it. The prices were definitely staggering! I didn’t hire Pro Plumbers to do the job, but regardless Gilbert was professional and understanding.

Our job was very short notice. Technician was on-site the day after we called. Gave us the results of the inspection immediately. Knowledgeable, professional, great attitude. Charged exactly what was quoted. Fair price for the quality of service. Very happy with Pro Plumber.
