From the get go Crystal was straight up, honest and very helpful. Her knowledge of how to fix my broken stove was invaluable as it saved me a lot of money by not having to buy the wrong part or hire someone to fix it for me. She led me step by step over the phone. I will be using this business for all my appliance parts and repair needs and would suggest you do as well.

Our dryer went out so we called around & they had the best customer service & warranty! They gave us a discount bc we brought our broken dryer in & we were able to get a great used dryer very inexpensive!!! They were super nice & answered all of my questions with no problems or attitude!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used appliance or having one fixed by them!!!

Appreciated having someone to pick up my dryer that Lowe’s would have charged $40 to haul off. Will definitely contact Bond if I need appliance repair as they were professional and quick to respond.

I would absolutely recommend them above anyone else. They worked me in and fixed my washing machine. They are family owned. That doesn't always mean they are the best, but in this case they are! Down to Earth, honest, very competent and every other thing that implies!

They are an amazing family owned company. They go above and beyond and are so sweet. I never have any issues with any of the appliances they have worked on. Would definitely recommend coming here. They even sell used appliances for a very reasonable price!

Completely disappointed with this place!! We've been dealing with them for the past few weeks. We gave them a perfectly good washer and dryer for a trade to fix the new washer bc it was having spin problems. The first time they kept it for only a few hours, saying that they changed the lid lock. We get it home, and it only worked for a few days. Then the same thing happened again. So we took it back to him. This time he kept it for 4 days, and when we got it back nothing was done to it!!! It still didn't work!! He stole from us basically by taking the washer and dryer and not fixing our washer!! He's got a price tag right now on the dryer we gave him making $150 off of it!! We figured out on our own that the problem was broken solder joints on the control board, which he probably knew about but didn't want to fix!! It's sad that a supposed specialist of washer and dryers didn't fix the problem for us and couldn't be honest about it!! And kept my perfectly good washer and dryer!! I will tell the world that this place is a scam!!

We highly recommend their repair service. Our freezer is old & we called one place that said they could not get parts for it any longer. We decided to call Bond Appliance to find out what was wrong with it. Mr. Bonds grandson came out & had a part that would work in it. It’s working great now. He also said to call him if we have any problems with it. We were not able to get a new one right now & we were thrilled that he fixed it for us. The price was very reasonable. We will call him from now on with any appliance issue.

We had our washer and dryer serviced by Connor today and not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, he got it all taken care of super quickly. These guys are affordable and we will definitely be using them for any of our other appliance needs!

Not the prettiest shop ever but they've got good fixed-up appliances at a bargain. Purchased two dryers from them in the past for less than $400 total and neither ever gave me any issues. They turn-over stock super quickly so check often if you have anything in mind.

Very courteous and helpful. Called me, when they got what I needed, and at a good price. A 90 day warranty was included, without any additional cost. Delivery and hook-up price can't be beaten. A young man, named Connor, will be replacing a plug on my dryer and hooking that up, also. Plus, they are going to call me, when they get something else that I need.

I called to see if they were interested in a smart washer that I was selling. There are very helpful in directing me to where I could possibly do that. Most places would have gave me a simple no. This business owner took the time to explain what may be wrong with the washer and gave me references to sell it. Selfless act from a small business owner. His character draws my business

Called Bond Appliance just after 9:00 am .
Connor said would try to get by around noon. Called back a little after 10:00 said he could come shortly if someone home. S little after 11:00 he was done. UNBELIEVABLE. Connor was great. Knew his business. Cost was very reasonable. Would recommend Bond and Connor to anyone. Completely satisfied.

My fridge quit working and I needed one quick. I'd never been there before and thought I may be able to purchase a used one for a reasonable price...wrong. The one they showed me was much older than the one I had, missing shelves and fridge door handle. It looked almost vintage but not in a good way. He was asking $400! Quite the
rip-off. I ended up getting one on FB Market Place for half the price. Don't buy from them when you can find items cheaper. I do realize he has a business to run but his price was ridiculous.

Called to request a service for my washing machine. The lady that answered my call and took my information did not seem to care whether it was accurate or not, was hard to understand, and seemed distracted while setting up my appointment.

I take time off work to be home for the allotted window of 12-2. Called at 1:30 to see what the ETA for the technician was (no greeting, just placed on hold).

Lo and behold, the same women seems surprised to hear from me. No such appointment was even made, and she claims I spoke to her cousin, not her.

I’m told a technician will call me.

It’s now 2:30, I’ve tried calling to just completely cancel their service and hung up after being on hold again.

If you get this, please cancel any appointment you have for me. I no longer want your services.

Punctual, reliable, and accommodating

Made a call to this company to in hopes in getting assistance with Grease trap installation on 3 restaurants. The gentlemen on the phone had no clue on how to explain the difference between grease trap vs. grease interceptor. He sound confused maybe smoked to much pot......

I was very impressed that they were able to assist me within an hour after the call on a Saturday. David was very professional and helpful with assisting me cleaning my grease trap.

Never really know what this thing looks like inside until now. When David initially opened the trap it was completely full of grease. David completely pumped out all of the waste inside making it look new again.

I would recommend these guys 100%.

Used these guys at my old job and been very satisfied with their service. Humberto is very honest and will make sure that you’re always satisfied with the service you are getting. So far my new staff are loving these guys cause they do not let our used cooking oil container get full and when we call they are usually their the same day latest the next morning. I highly suggest the for all restaurants especially for grease collection and pumping of grease traps.
