0 customers service, I asked for a part the guy was talking to me like I am bothering him then told me he will check and call back with out taking my number and hung up the phone.

Well i hope they sell more then breakers becouse i ordered a pair of shoes and this is where the address is

I called this company and ask them if they have 2 15/20 tandem breakers. They told me that they did have them and I drove all the way down there to pick him up, only for the guy to tell me that they didn’t have them. He said the other guy that worked there gave me the wrong information. It looks like a junkyard in there and the parts he was trying to give me a look used.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I paid for a breaker in advance because it was not an “off the shelf” breaker. First time it came it was a 3 pile instead of single pole. Then it was the wrong amperage. When it finally did arrive George not his helper could find it in his disaster of a “shop”. Literally his work space looks like all the Transformers both Autobots and Decepticons, were all murdered there and left for scrap. George never reimbursed my money for the breaker and has been unavailable for months. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This company is very irresponsible. Their trucks and shipping containers constantly congest 240th St. And Frampton Ave. The street parked trucks and containers dangerously block the view of a curving street. If they want to grow their business they should look into more appropriate business parks that can handle the amount of trucks that come in and out of their loading dock.

Prime Grid Electricians was fantastic. I needed to upgrade my home's electrical panel and from the initial quote to the final inspection everything went smoothly. The team was professional punctual and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and left everything clean when the job was done. Highly recommend for any home electrical work.

I called on wednesday about having a chandelier installed and by friday it was installed no muss no fuss. The electricians were on time and professional and it took them less than an hour to install my new chandelier and it looks great.

Our electrician and the entire staff of this company was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a tesla wall connector that we needed installation on for the new house and didn't know who to call for help. So I searched and searched and stumbled upon this company and it was the best decision. The electrician was very efficient and knowledgeable throughout the entire installation. The electrician did a great job. He even saved me money by letting me know my problem was probably just a switch not the whole ceiling fan. He was on time, conscientious, had a mask on, nice to talk to and even cleaned up after he was all done. Couldn't ask for more.

The owner's team were wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And, now my home is alive with lights, recessed lights in my living room and a ceiling fan in my bedroom, both have vaulted ceilings. They also added a fixture in my guest room and replaced fixtures in the dining room and kitchen, and they mounted my tv over the mantle. Everything looks great. They did a great job and were fast. This company made a false accusation when confusing with another company. The owner promptly reached out to me, with concern and without any defensiveness. This showed a lot of professionalism and personally matters to me to know how a company deals with complaints and customers. I have not had a project completed but I can attest to the great customer service.
