Constraction reviews in Castro Valley, California

Fizeram um bom trabalho!! Eu indico essa companhia!!

Job well done. 3rd project this year.

I really appreciated the great work Ioanian Builders did! The frequent updates about project progress were very reassuring, their ability to keep true to the finish dates was impressive as well

Konstantine is simply THE BEST! Honest, straightforward, transparent, professional, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, flexible, patient, dependable and a good human being with high integrity. I interviewed 5 General Contractors and Konstantine by far stood out for all the reasons I just mentioned. Most importantly, HE CARES!

Having an old building that always needs upkeep is a bit of a struggle. I've had people in the past "fix" things as I go but I wasn't always happy with the end result long term.

I was able to talk to Kosta and he took the time to listen to my past experiences and concerns that I was looking to address. After that initial phone call, I left feeling better about who I would want to move forward with. A short period of time later he gave me a thorough plan for what was needed to tackle my project and what to expect as we go along.

It's funny to say but communication is very important when it comes to your home. Being shown why certain options / ways of doing things are better than others and why you should use specific materials of higher quality left me feeling at ease. I felt like the end result is what we had went over with him in the previous conversations and I now have something that I don't have to worry about again.

I want to say that I've also learned my lesson about sometimes looking for the lowest quote or quickest / shortest way out. Do it once and do it right with this crew!

The amount of experience that Ionian Builders delivers is prestige. I wanted something, and they recommended something else, and it turned out to be better than what I had in mind. So I absolutely recommended them. Highly professional. Very knowledgeable.

Hire Ionian Builders and you won’t get disappointed! We’ve used them for multiple projects around our properties. Kosta and his crew set high goals and delivered a great quality of work and excellent service.

Konstantine, J.R., and the rest of the team are phenomenal! Punctual, thorough explanations, and follow through (they do an excellent job at leaving the area cleaner than before EVERY DAY, what a plus!). We got our kitchen remodeled, I was so amazed at how beautifully it was done and in such a quick turn around time! I will surely be entrusting them with all future home projects

We highly recommend Ionian Builders for their quality, workmanship and professionalism. Every project they did for us was a success, from the garden shed they built from scratch to the house painting they did to repair a trouble spot in the stucco on our chimney. When they finished, the repair matched the existing paint to a tee. No project was too small or too large for them. They took on everything we asked of them, from repairing our skylight to replacing a broken tile in our shower stall. We have already scheduled them to return for some much needed work on our deck and look forward to having them back.

We hired Ionian Builders to help do some work in our house. Kosta and his crew were incredibly professional and delivered amazing results. We couldn’t be any happier! Will definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

We first worked with Ionian Builders in 2021 when they helped update, modernize & bring a rental property back to great condition after a long term tenant moved out. They worked on every inch of the property including paint, fixtures and general maintenance of all existing rooms. They came back a few months later to completely update the exterior patio including a new railing & concrete work. We've been extremely pleased with their service. They continue to work on other ad hoc projects as needed on the property since 2021.

We've also used them for our home in San Francisco. Initially, they worked on our bathroom and completely redid the grout work on shower/tub and they have been back a few more times for other miscellaneous work.

Konstantine is a great communicator, sets timelines and always follows up. We've had great experiences with his work.

We need some new electrical work done in our SF home and plan to go through Ionian Builders for this work as well.

Short Review: If you want high quality work, great advice, and transparent communication for your home remodel, hire Ionian Builders.
Full Review:
Ionian Builders have done a few projects at my house over the years and they’ve always done a great job. From the initial designs through the end of the project, their service is excellent. The first project Konstantine helped us with was big: a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel. From start to finish, he gave solid practical advice and design advice, which helped us pick options that fit our “look,” needs, and budget. He was always transparent on timelines before and during construction. If you’ve ever done a construction project, you know that’s super important. These were both big projects and included things like tiling, cabinet installation, rewiring the electrical, new plumbing, window installation, and more. They did a fantastic job and paid a lot of attention to details both big and small.

The second project Ionian Builders helped us with was our floors. They sanded and re-stained the floors in our dining room and hallway, and they added vinyl flooring in our laundry room. In both cases they did great work. Our wood floors look brand new, and the new following in our laundry room really elevated the space.

If you’re looking for a general contractor to work in your home, I highly recommend Ionian Builders.

Kosta and his crew did an excellent job of constructing a small lounge building and surrounding deck in our backyard. In addition to the great work, they were considerate and kept us informed of progress, any issues, and questioned us on details to make sure the finished unit was exactly as we wanted it. Kosta has a great eye for design and made suggestions which we incorporated into the project. We have also used his company to build a retaining wall in our backyard and fix a serious dry rot issue on our home. We highly recommend his company for any project you may have.

Awesome place to live!!! Let me know if I can help.

The Chapter by KB Home is a gem in the new construction community of Castro Valley. The community neighbors the public library, just steps to BART, and with easy access to 580. The sales office and associates are outstanding to work with. Make an appointment with Maricela and Kathy for inquiries or schedule a tour!

Working with Kathy and Maricela at KB Home has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. As a Realtor, I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. They communicate clearly, respond quickly, and genuinely care about both the buyer’s and agent’s experience. The homes are beautifully designed, thoughtfully built, and delivered on time — a true testament to their high standards. I look forward to working with Kathy and Maricela again on future projects.

Amazing service

The team at Complete Construction were extremely professional, responsive and courteous at all stages of our kitchen project. We are so happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them for projects big and small!

Complete Construction did an outstanding job on my bathrooms! Owner Bob is the master of his craft and even finished up ahead of schedule too. I wouldn't use anyone else, quite frankly. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. Kudos to Bob!

This company is amazing!! I highly recommend them. They turned a loft into a 3rd bedroom in only 3 and 1/2 days. They work quickly with a crew of GREAT guys. I cannot' say enough good things about them. If you are doing a remodel, or really any reconstruction, you need to call them right now. I live in the California Highlands in Dublin.

Bob is at the top of his game!! This guy knows what he is doing having been in the industry nearly 40 years or so.

We have done so many home improvement updates over the last 20 years. We have and will only use Complete Construction!! Bob is a true professional and stands by his work! I cannot recommend him and his crew enough. Timeframes are always adhered to and his work speaks for itself. I do not know how to post a pic of my house on this review, but if you check his webpage, you will see pics of his beautiful, high quality work.

Thanks again, Bob! We'll be contacting you again soon for our new rental we bought!
