Constraction reviews in Castro Valley, California

Installed new quartz panels in both of my bathroom showers. Did a beautiful job of a tricky fit around a shower pan, then finished both rooms well beyond my expectations. Having been a service plumber for 15 years, I recognize quality work. Cleaned up the work site nicely at the end. Quick responses to communication. I've got nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!

We had a bathroom that needed a partial remodel due to the shower and tub leaking into the kitchen below. Daniel, Kito and team came to our rescue! They were the most organized, transparent, timely and clean remodelers I've ever worked with! I would use them again in a heartbeat. You won't be disappointed.

We had a terrific experience with the Pacific Tile and Bath team. They were incredibly professional, from start to finish, and made our bathroom remodel a very positive experience. The team does high quality work and we found them to be very communicative and upfront at each step of the process. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Pacific Bay Remodeling complete a small job to replace an ancient wet bar countertop. Great communication, very well organized and rapid completion of the work. Definitely will consider them for future remodeling jobs.

Thank you, Daniel, Carlos and Pablo. I appreciate all your hard work to make my bathroom remodel look amazing. PBR is the team you guys want to hire. Trustworthy, respectful and quality work. The team heard my vision, gave me guidance on what materials would work and they executed and delivered my dream bathroom. I would hire them again for future work.

Danny and his team were amazing with our kitchen renovation. We wanted to only change a few things and stay within a certain budget, and they helped us stay on budget and finished in just a little over a week. Great communication with everyone during the process. Very friendly and respectful. They took care of the demo, electrical, installation and when we over purchased materials, they helped with the returns and getting the items needed. Will definitely work with them again for other areas on the house.

Daniel and the team (Steven, Carlos, and Paulo) did an great job remodeling our bathroom recently. Really appreciate the effort you guys put into this project. Paulo is always on-time and very careful with his work. Carlos is very supportive and is willing to help in order to make the end result better. He even helped us on returning a cracked shower pan! Daniel is very quick and responsive and he put extra adjustment to our fan and vanity to make sure there is no issue for inspection.

I will definitely reach out to Pacific Bay Remodeling again for out future projects :)

Daniel and his crew did a great job on our bathroom remodel. Can recommend.

"Danny Lopez" the owner of this company is such an Awesome person. He was very patient with me through out my bathroom remodel. At first I was just planning on making my bathtub/shower into a walk in shower. As I'm aging I thought it would be a great choice.. At first I was going to go simple but I knew I wanted a Farmhouse look. I then went with subway tile for my shower walls. Danny added a very nice shelf for our tall bottles of toiletries on the big shower wall. Love it!! He also added a bench that can be lifted up when not in use.. When all said and done Danny and his crew created my Farmhouse bathroom that I wanted.. I would have Danny and his crew come back again for other remodels. Thank you again for making me happy.

From the very first call I made to Dan with Pacific Bay Remodeling, he was incredibly responsive and promptly scheduled an estimate, which was a testament to his exceptional customer service skills.

I received an automated reminder via text message notifying me of Dan's arrival, which was a demonstration of his attention to detail. Dan quickly assessed the job and provided me with an estimate on the spot, which was not only competitive but also very reasonable when compared to other bids I received. His transparency and willingness to work within my budget and requirements was appreciated.

Dan has a good handle on project management. He made the entire project plan seem effortless and kept everything organized, ensuring that the pricing and payment terms were consistently honored throughout the project. I was pleased with the smooth and efficient process of working with Dan and Pacific Bay Remodeling.

The work done by Dan and his team was awesome. They worked tirelessly and paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that the project was executed to perfection. Their professionalism and commitment to quality were evident in the finished product, and I couldn't have been happier with the result.

Based on my experience with Dan and Pacific Tile, I have already begun planning future projects with him. Daniel and Carlos and crew did a fantastic job on our bathroom and kitchen tiles. It was great having them in our house doing the work. Really appreciated their craftsmanship and guidance along the way. Highly recommend.

Daniel and his team did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. We are thrilled with the results! From the beginning until end, they were honest, communicative, and really listened to our preferences in bringing our vision to life. There were some unexpected findings that came along the way, but the team handled it with ease. They took 12 days to completely transform our modest bathroom into a spa-like experience. Their custom tile work is truly remarkable! They have an eye for detail and it shows in their work. We would entrust Pacific Bay Remodeling to anyone looking for a budget-friendly way to take on any home renovation projects. Thank you Daniel, Carlos, Gael, and Paulo!

We hired Daniel and Pacific Bay Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom and update the lighting throughout our entire house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The new modern white lighting completely transformed the look of our home, and the bathroom remodel exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, friendly, and trustworthy, and they delivered everything within the estimated timeframe. We appreciate their reliable service.

Daniel & team did a terrific job remodeling a small kitchen for us. This included removing a load-bearing wall to open up the room, and everything turned out great. We added to their scope, including updating the wiring, adding recessed lights in the living room, and more. We highly recommend PBR!

Thank you for the fine work! Kitchen remodel was excellent. Project was done on time as scheduled. Crew was respectful of property always cleaning up at the end of the day. PBR never took a day off working during the build, working 5 to sometimes 6 days a week. Project was on budget, never going over estimates. Daniel not only followed the plans from the Architect, but he gave great suggestions when I wanted to add modifications to backsplash tile. waterfall island top and kitchen lighting. He was very helpful and went with me to pick out our countertops. Last of all, Daniel was always easy to get a hold of from the first estimate visit to the finally inspection. He was always reachable by phone or text, during the day and after hours on weekends, if I had any question during the remodeling process.
