From the first call scheduling an appointment with Raquel who was so friendly to Jacob (plumber) who came to my house to fix my wobbly toilet, this is definitely a company I will use again and recommend. Jacob was on time, very polite, efficient and knew what needed to be done and went right at it. I had left a message with two other local plumbers and never received a call back. Thank you Jacob and Alberts Plumbing for a 5 star job.

Albert's plumbing came out to clear a culvert that had become plugged up over the years. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. We had gotten several other quotes, and Albert's plumbing was the best price as well.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were hesitant to call a plumber into our home. We recently had two clogged drains and were referred to Albert's Plumbing & Drain Service. Raquel promptly returned our call for a service call and was able to schedule us in for an appointment the next day. Jacob came up arriving on time, wearing a mask, and using shoe covers. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Everyone without fail was professional, friendly and efficient, from the office staff to the men who dug the trench. The job was done quickly and even the concrete work Johnny did was absolutely first rate. Cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was done.

They even rearranged the scheduling of the job so that it would be done before planned guests arrived. Highly recommended!

We had Albert's Plumbing do a big and complicated job for is and it went incredibly well. Could not be more satisfied. It took investigation to find the problem, then we realizing there were no easy fixes due to previous property owners lazy choices, and they came up with temp fix to get us through a few weeks of rain until the ground dried enough to dig, and then they designed and installed a good permanant solution. So glad to have them to help us through that.

Albert’s crew started on schedule and finished within their estimated duration including extra work to address unforeseen conditions The crew worked hard every day and was very responsive and provided good customer service and communication. The finished cost including extra work was fair and reasonable.
Albert tipped me off to a City rebate program which will pay $1200 for the work!!!

We are very pleased we called Albert's Plumbing and Drain Service! Albert and his son came to our home to install a new dishwasher, new shut-off valves, a kitchen faucet, and a garbage disposal. Albert kept us in the loop during each install process and answered all of our questions in a precise and kind way. The dishwasher was very old, and Albert vacuumed the space and cleaned it thoroughly before he installed the new dishwasher. He also spent time with us discussing the process for adding a new water heater in the near future. We also enjoyed coordinating our job with Raquel at the office. Got a quote from a very Kind Service man, Lewis. I would recommend him in a quick minute. I’ll have to wait to proceed due to my $$ situation! Seems they just raised prices! Minus 1 star reflects the quote not Lewis - he’s a 5 star guy!

Castroville plumbing showed up on time, they checked my shower leak by opening a whole in my ceiling , they informed me that the show need to be replaced. I kept calling Castroville for a week after to follow up and every time I call , Kevin answer and informed me that they will submit the estimate to the insurance company, I kept calling the home warranty and they said we did not receive anything from Castroville. Finally I put them together in a conference call to see where is the missing ring!! after that I did not hear anything form Castroville until today, it been the most worst experanice with a plumbing company to leave me without shower(they disconnect my shower) and they did not even cleaned after work. also I had a stoppage in the other bathroom, they claim that they did it( I was in a meeting) and once they left my kids said the tub still blocked and need to be fixed. very bad experience and I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Castroville Plumbing was assigned through our home warranty company. They came out on two occasions to resolve a long time recurring issue and we were very pleased with their work. Very polite, professional, clean, and friendly.

It was a very good experience. Lewis was very charming and patient. I don’t think that he expected that the job would take as long as it did to unclog the kitchen drain. Finally, success and we were all very happy!

We have done business with Castroville Plumbing for over 40 years. They are responsive when we call, give honest evaluations of repairs needed and do good work. Can't ask for more than that.

Spot on, called, then sent a text on date and time. Abraham the technician called in the morning and said I’m on my way. They really know how to do their business very impressed. He came out diagnosed with needed and set up order the parts and I’ll let you know when they’re in. Casserole Plumbing has always been the best. Don’t mind recommending them to anyone

My toilet wasn’t filling up properly and there was also a slow leak under the floor tiles. They were able to fix both really easily. Lew was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Castroville

Castroville Plumbing was great in setting up the initial inspection to assess the problem which was water heater leaking water. Soon after, the work was submitted and approved by my home insurance. Kevin installed the new water heater and was professional and maintained a clean working area. Once the work was completed, Kevin picked up his tools, clean the area and completed the job. I would definitely use Castroville plumbing for any plumbing problems in the future.

I can't speak highly enough of Castoville Plumbing! When I arrived home after having been away for several months, there was a considerable leak outside. We were afraid it was a broken pipe under the foundation which would have been a time consuming and very expensive job to repair. Jesus showed up as promised, thoroughly assessed the situation and solved the problem with remarkable skill and speed. He knew where to go to get a replacement part and within a few hours the problem was solved and for a fraction of the cost we had feared. Everyone Castroville Plumbing is professional, kind and sensitive to how stressful it can be to have a plumbing issue that creates a host of problems. Look no further! Castroville Plumbing should be your first -- and final -- call when plumbing problems appear. I am so grateful to them.
