The a/c service we received is 5 star.
Specifically, the technician, knowledgeable, detailed and effective. He quickly found the problems and fixed them. We were pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable price charged and would highly recommend useing this company.

Administration and installation went extremely smooth, office staff was very courteous and pleasant, and was very attentive. Alex the manager on the project provided great insight and knowledge and helped in selecting the right heating and AC system. Alex was also attentive in reviewing the work performed to make sure it was meeting his expectations.

Our furnace went out and they showed up the next day to analyze the problem and give us an estimate. They installed the new blower motor the following day, and it's working like new. I highly recommend Indoor Weather. Great service, reasonable price, and very professional.

First of all, Indoor Weather is local to Lake Arrowhead. They came to my house when my AC wasn't blowing cold air. The technician came , looked things over, and said "I think I can save you some money, I know what it is". And with a flip of a switch that was hidden to me, he flipped it and it started blowing cold air. They are honest, hard working, and I would call them back for sure. And I must say...Connie is one of the nicest people you'll ever talk to over the phone.

Amazing company! My husband and I had done our research and had obtained multiple quotes from different companies to give us a ballpark idea as to how much we are going to be spending. Not only was he very affordable he recommended ideas that would best fit our home, we are so glad we listened we are so happy with our New unit it works wonderful. Over the years, we’ve had numerous problems with our heater at our cabin in Lake Arrowhead. Cory from Indoor Weather came out to our cabin and identified three problems with the heater installation. I service I got was excellent and the cost to get my air conditioner up and running was way below a previous bid from another air conditioning company. The technician was courteous, knowledgable, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. I highly recommend this company.

Connie, Alex, and the rest of the team that did our A/C install were wonderful. After getting a few quotes, we went with Indoor Weather for three reasons. 1. We felt we were getting a better value with the more energy efficient condensers that they install. 2. Alex was easy to talk to and knowledgable during the site evaluation, and did not make me feel dumb for asking questions. 3. Last weekend in Lake Arrowhead it was 27 degrees at night and our heater wouldn't heat over 50 degrees. My husband was fine but I was freezing! I searched for local HVAC repair and came across 2 companies. I emailed both companies and received a fairly quick reply from both. Only Kory followed up with a second email asking if I needed immediate help to call him right back. I decided to tough it out on Sunday night because we thought we fixed it by pushing a re-set button on the furnace. Sadly, that didn't work so I waited until 8A on Monday morning to call Kory back. He answered right away and although he received several calls while speaking to me, he promised to come take a look between 9A-11A. Wow! Same day service!!! And he arrived by 11A. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain inside the heater. Kory cleared the drain and thoroughly explained everything. I was so happy to see the thermostat climbing up to a toasty 67 degrees! THANK YOU KORY and Indoor Weather Heating & Air!!! You will be my first and only call the next time we need service.

A highly recommended business!!! Within 10 minutes of my call the technician was at my house. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He was able to figure out the issue that I had with my HVAC system, and was able to fix it in no time. (This was 11 months ago, my first encounter with the business).

Alex the owner of Indoor Heating and AC was amazing. One evening I arrived to our vacation home in Crestline and my central air was not working. A friend of mine referred me so I called and left a message at about 8:45pm on a voicemail. About 5 minutes later I get a call from Alex asking how he could help me. Alex spent about 30 minutes on FaceTime walking me through the steps of getting it to work again. A month later the pilot goes out and he agrees to me there. Keep in mind he never charged me for the FaceTime call. This time he advises me that I need a new system as the old system was a bomb waiting to go off. I of course had him install a new system and I would recommend to anybody that needs HVAC work. Very honest and provided great advice.

They were able to get me an appointment next day to figure out what's wrong with my heater. Great communication and on time! I feel they were very fair and did not rip us off!!! Heat is back on and working!

We had an emergency issue with our heater stopping working during a cold spell. I called in the morning and they were out at our house in the afternoon and had identified and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They're super knowledgeable and friendly would highly recommend. Very grateful they were referred to me!

I manage a couple of properties for my older parents and finding good reliable help in Lake Arrowhead is an absolute nightmare. Fortunately I was referred to Indoor Weather and they have been nothing but awesome to work with. We recently needed a new AC unit and not only was it installed within a week, I knew from my prior experience that their quote was more than fair that I didn’t bother getting a second one.
