It was pleasure working with Alex and team. We recently purchased a home in Lake Arrowhead and needed some help with our radiant floor heating system. Alex was responsive and helpful with every question we had. He got the system up and running in no time. We for sure will be using them in the future for all our HVAC needs.

Indoor Weather provided excellent service. I contacted them first through their website and received a prompt reply. Connie arranged for us to meet Alex at our home to assess why the air conditioning wasn’t working. Alex arrived before our appointment time ready to meet and diagnose the issues. He ordered the parts and had me choose updated thermostats. Alex and Clinton managed the work and installation although I could not be present. Returning to an air conditioned home was the best! It actually stays on, cools the house and has stronger air flow. Indoor Weather has a great team communicating each step clearly, professionally and in a friendly way. Made it a much better experience! Thank you so much!

This company is totally "Johnny on the spot"👌..While in the middle of leaving a voice mail for the 1st time with them, Corey the owner called me back that fast..Prior to calling Indoor Weather I had tried several other companies that never even had the decency to call back after leaving them voice mails..this was just the beginning of good things to come..after talking to Corey and explaining our situation about having major issues with a floor heater in our rental, he had Clinton, one of the techs call me back and we were able to get a nxt day appointment with him..Clinton came out and he very professionally surveyed the situation and recommended installing a new floor heater instead of fixing the existing one based on the age of it and price to fix it..Indoor Weather was very prompt in sending us an email on pricing and what the total installation process would include..They also promised to be able to get the new floor heating system within a couple of days instead of a couple of weeks or longer which can be common in cases like this..And now the best part..Clinton and the crew came out this morning at the time they said they would be here and proceeded to spend a good part of the day doing what they promised to do which was finally bless our rental with awesome and well missed warmth 😀..my wife and I very highly recommend this company.Thanx again Indoor Weather...

I cannot praise Alex and the Indoor Weather Team enough. They prioritized getting my very fussy heater fixed before a winter storm, making sure my family was safe from freezing after our move up to Lake Arrowhead! Friendly service, fair pricing, and very responsive. Definitely happy to have them on my team!

Im really glad I called and had ALEX with "Indoor weather" take care of my HVAC system. My heater was not working and I had another local company take a look at it and they simply wanted me to buy an entire system. NOT Alex. He figured out the issue and solved it. The repair was very reasonably priced and now we have heat. He even made sure to come out before the snow. I cant thank them enough and will for sure be calling again. I really appreciate the simple fix and not trying to convince me that I needed to spend 8K to fix an issue that he solved for under 200.

The skilled and extremely capable crew at Indoor Weather Heating & Air replaced the old and damaged ductwork at my vacation cabin in Blue Jay in 2025, and I was DELIGHTED with the job they did! While researching/shopping for a local HVAC company, I kept hearing favorable reports about Indoor Weather, including about Kory Griggs (in fact, a competing company even mentioned that Kory and his team were excellent). So, I felt comfortable from the start that Indoor Weather was a reputable and reliable company to work with. I was pleasantly surprised that Kory was willing and available to visit my cabin and assess what was needed soon after I reached out to him; and I also really appreciated that he provided cost estimates for multiple options (i.e., using different types of duct material). I knew I was in great hands when the entire crew -- including Kory, Carlos, and Alex -- arrived to thoroughly scope out and start the job. Carlos and Alex (see photo) took it from there and I was impressed with and grateful for their professionalism, skill, efficiency, and courtesy. I’m someone who asks a lot of questions, and they answered each and every one clearly and patiently. I’m so glad I chose Indoor Weather to do my duct-replacement job, and I plan to use them in the future for all my HVAC service needs.
