Great experience!!

My friend got their home serviced by Pure Eco Inc. so they were referred to me. The inspector answered all my questions and was really informative during their visit. I felt no pressure and they gave me exactly what I requested. I would definitely refer them to our other friends!

Great company!!! I needed my attic to be insulated for an inspection to sell, they came out the next day to give my a quote. Work started the next week. They did an awesome job and cleaned up well.

Dan and the crew arrived on time and went right to work. Very clean encapsulated tunnel for old insulation removal, and new install. A quality job at a fair price.

Buyers Beware! First of all, PureEco’s salesman, Beni, employed a tactic of telling me that they could do the job the next day if I signed the contract (thereby surrendering the 3-day right to cancel). It was a huge expense and I was uneasy committing without doing more research but I reluctantly agreed. To persuade me to commit, I was given a nominal discount off the attic fan which I subsequently learned was grossly overpriced. I could have purchased the identical fan from Lowe’s for a fraction of the price I was charged by PureEco. Then, during the course of the job, two of my light fixtures were shattered and no effort was made to apologize nor to compensate me for the cost of replacing them. And when the job was done, I had no power to several of my bedroom ceiling lights and ceiling fans, however I was required to pay in full for the job. An electrician was sent the next day and I was told that my wiring had been damaged by rodents. Mind you, my ceiling lights and fans were working the day before so clearly the problem was exacerbated by their workers dragging heavy equipment from one end of my attic to the other, but if I wanted my lights and fans to work (during the blistering heat of September), I had to agree to the repairs. And now, just today, 4-1/2 months after the job was done, I have received a $580 invoice from the electrician for the wiring repair. This is in addition to the $7100 I paid PureEco for the attic cleaning job! Neither PureEco not their salesman Beni are honest, trustworthy, and forthright, and I do NOT recommend them. This is an expensive home repair so do extensive research and choose wisely.

Unbelievable! I just couldn’t hear my neighbors anymore and I wanted to reduce the sound. I called few companies, unfortunately many of them just don’t know what they are talking about! Try to sale me stories... I contacted Pure Eco, they sent inspector to inspect where the sound comes from, they started working after several days only, and after 2.5 weeks we are finally done with the project.
It wasn’t cheap, but!!!! The sound is significantly reduced, and I can live my life happy. I thank you Pure Eco for great service, amazing workmanship, and yes I paid a lot but seriously it was worth it! Awesome.

We purchased our home almost a year ago. After we moved saw that our master bedroom was always 2+ degrees cooler or hotter than the rest of the house and our master bathroom was 4+ degrees cooler or hotter. While getting recess lights put in the electrician told me that we had ZERO insulation, after reading up on the importance of insulation we started getting quotes and long story short we went with Eric at Pure Eco and we are very happy with the result.

This year once winter hit our floors started to get REALLY cold. I looked in the crawl space and of course there was no insulation there either. So to be an informed consumer, I knew that Eric would do a good job but I wanted to get quotes anyway...

I called 4 companies. One told me that they were in the field and would call me back and never did. The other I spoke with twice and they said they'd call me back to schedule an apt and never did. The other came out and gave me a quote, and the 4th was Eric at Pure Eco who came on time, and gave me a quote with no issues like the 1st time.

We went with Eric again and again his crew did not disappoint. After a 10% deposit we scheduled for the work to be done 3 days after. And Eric's crew was done in 3 days with the whole job. Crawling under the house I could see why it would take so much time because all the insulation had to be cut to fit and also strapped to hang on the joists.

Long story short, we are very happy with the end result. Eric and his crew went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

Best company I could ask for, from the office communication through the field team. If I ever need to replace my insulation again, I will contact this insulation contractor, since they are truly amazing.
I even left a tip to the installers because they worked in this heat wave we had here and it was incredible seeing how dedicated they are to complete the project.

I needed to replace my insulation in my attic. When I spoke to Pure Eco they were very nice and they right away scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Tom showed up at my house and checked my existing insulation. He was very nice and professional. They gave me several options to choose from as far as insulation. I already received some other estimates from other companies. Their price was competitive. After deciding to go with them I couldn't be happier. They came for the install the next day. They laid down plastic all over my floors and they were very clean. They cleaned my attic with the existing old blown insulation spotless. They laid down nee certain teed Fiberglas batt insulation.

I highly reccomend this company. They are very professional and to the point!

I had leak in my roof and my insulation got soaked with water, it got moisture and mildew strains and I didn't have a choice but replacing it with new.
Pure Eco to the rescue, they sent Leo, he was very professional and went over every detail what needs to be done. They came the next day to take care of my attic, finished the job to my satisfaction and the price was comparable to other companies I checked with. None of the companies I checked were able to come the next day (one of the reasons why I chose Pure Eco). Recommend.

Unprofessional. If you are looking to have insulation blown into your drywall inside your home, AVOID this company.

I understand during construction that there will be dust flown around and that’s why normally you would section off the construction area. They told us “don’t worry about your things, the areas will be sectioned off”. What they actually did was haphazardly tape up a plastic divider, and left OPEN a large cut-out while they were working. As a result, fine granular dust got all over my furniture and throughout my home. There was no consideration of our home. For example one room is clearly a nursery (baby crib and all) and they gave no regard for the health and safety of this space. We would have had major medical issues for my infant. We found visible layers of dust everywhere, even throughout the kitchen, an area they did not even work in. I work from home and was choking on the dust that blew into my office (also not part the construction site). I spent hours of my own time cleaning my home (nowhere to sit or eat) and hired professional cleaners to get the fine dust out of my couches which cost a couple hundred dollars. I pleaded with the company and they refused to pay for any cleanup.

They also do not care about the quality of work. Their workers did a rush job; they destroyed my property in multiple areas and didn’t even bother to tell me. These are egregious wide holes ripped out of my walls and chunks of wood missing in the window frames and an electrical socket cracked in half. They left bits of insulation all over my property inside and outside.

Their customer service was passive-aggressive at best. They were unreachable on the day of the installation, the main contact literally texted me it’s his day off. I called the office and they gave me the run-around. A few days later they got back to me and explained that the results of my destroyed home is normal. At the end of they day, they offered me no apology and unreasonable meager compensation. They adamantly refused to pay for cleaning services even when they didn’t have the courtesy to clean up their own mess before they left.

I contacted them for my parent's house to do attic insulation and attic fan installation. Sara was really sweet and was very accomodating to my parents' situation and availability. I was able to get everything done within a week (first contact, inspection/estimate and one day installation). Overall very pleased with the whole experience!

Went with Pure Eco because the I saw that the reviews seemed really good. I wasn't really sure about it but to my surprise, they were great from start to finish ! The service and communication were superb and I knew exactly what I was getting. No hidden fees or costs because they told me the price per square foot for my attic work. Their field manager seemed very dependable. They were in and out within a day!

What a fantastic company and services! After dealing with the disaster that was our attic post having our roof replaced, we finally heard about Pure Eco from a friend. With old insulation, tons of debris from the roofers and years of dust it was important to us to clean it all out. Eric, Tom, Esias, Manual and Diego were awesome! They were professional, on time, polite, personable, and they worked steadily to complete our job in one day. The attic is clean, sanitized, sealed, all new insulation and two new attic fans have been installed. The weather turned cold right after the project was completed and it has been a noticeable difference. Our heater runs at least 50% less than it did the previous year around this time. I am excited to compare my energy use report from previous years. The house is noticeably quieter now as well. An added benefit to the new, much thicker insulation. Thank you Pure Eco!

I was looking for a company to do insulation for my brothers home in the SFV. I got in contact with Pure Eco, they came out the same day and walked me through the whole inspection. I was looking for insulation company to help my parents with their remodel and this company is really good. I noticed their honesty right from the start. When they answered their phone I had few questions which potentially could help them “sell me” more services, but literally, they said it’s a waist of our money and guide me on which services we should focus on. That is great. Pure eco never tried to push us do anything we don’t need and never tried to push us to close the deal. They let us take our time and decide and this is a great decision we made, hiring them.
I am appreciative for their communication with my parents. They treated them with a lot of respect, like I would like my parents to be treated.
Overall, if I had the option to give 10 stars, I would do so easily. Job completed on a timely matter and the Attic is now clean, no rodent dropping, new insulation is in place and they also sanitized everything. Great job.

My wife and I were looking for a company that would give us a reasonable quote to install insulation in our home. We received a quote that I felt was just outrageous and we had already contacted Pure Eco Inc. to give us a quote and their price was much more in line with what I thought it would be to install insulation. The team that installed the insulation were very professional and they were able to complete the job that day. I would absolutely recommend Pure Eco Inc. for any insulation job you might have.

Beni is a man of his word. Every single thing he said and or explained was true. The crew was outstanding. Honestly, this is a top notch organization who cares about their customers. Pure Eco team and my experience working with them was absolutely amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and so much more. They did attic insulation install which included cleaning, sanitation and rat proof. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Ben was patient and kind and took his time to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process. He was not pushy like other reps. Sara was a sweetheart. She guided me through the rebate process afterwords. Overall just a great experience with them. We will definitely do business with them again in the future and refer our friends and family.
