I had a bad experience with Pure Eco. I contacted them regarding an insulation problem related to my neighbor's garage and smells entering my condo. The specialist suggested sealing the light fixtures as a potential solution, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed to try it despite knowing it might only provide minimal help.

However, my expectations of professional-grade work for the high cost were not met. I've seen videos of sealing companies performing thorough, complex procedures, but when the technicians arrived, they simply applied caulk around the lights and bathroom exhaust, which can be done with inexpensive materials from a store like Home Depot. They spent almost an hour, primarily focusing on visible areas. Upon inspection, I found they hadn't applied anything to the back of the fixtures. I ended up having to do some of the sealing myself with the caulk I already had.

I feel taken advantage of, especially given that I paid almost $2000 for something that could have cost around $100 or less. As a woman, it feels like companies often try to exploit customers. If they had been transparent about their process during the consultation, I would never have agreed to spend that amount of money.

To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss these issues with the lead technician, he was rude and unhelpful. This entire experience has been disappointing, and the customer service was extremely poor.

Armando and the crew did a great job installing air ducts and insulation work. They were very clean oriented professional. He gave me and my wife a tour after the job checking everything. He was very knowledgeable and explained when asked questions. Beni also helped with the project. My wife and I would highly recommend their company Pure Eco Inc. I recommend Armando for the service. He has been in this profession for 10 years.

Pulling my former 5 star review because PureEco was great — until I asked them to pull a permit in order for me to get the DWP rebate. (Mind you, all attic insulation in Los Angeles requires a permit.) I faced a steady barrage of phone calls from upper management, arguing with me why they couldn’t do it, even had the project manager tell me it wouldn’t pass (it did.) Another major issue with them to be very aware of is Warren the VP and Beni the project manager stated they have a “minimum charge” which appears to be about $3300K — so it didn’t matter that my 1180 square foot project should have pencilled out to $1770, with their ads stating attic cleaning included which was verified by two other staff members. So ignore the $1.89 a square foot (they did lower mine to $1.50 because I supplied the insulation) because they’re going to charge you what they’re going to charge you regardless. False advertising! They also claimed there’s a disclaimer, but I could find zero disclaimers in their ads and in their contract. Henry led a great and probably underpaid work crew, no issues with them, but management leaves much to be desired. Pay attention; get everything in writing; and ask if cleaning is included in the price as the ads and their website states. I withheld $500 for my time dealing with them which I thought was fair given that I was overcharged and that work stated as included in their ad was not performed or I was charged for it (attic cleaning and vent sealing), only to have VP Warren threaten me with collections and a mechanics lien. So I paid it and wrote this review so others may be aware of their tactics.

Henry did a great job at my install . There were here all day working and did the installation very professionally done .

Henry H and his crew were really professional and quick. He explained everything i needed and gave me the best quality service. I am grateful for getting my house serviced with them. We highly recommend Pure Eco for your attic insulation needs. We had old disintegrating insulation that had to be removed, cleaned, and replaced with new R-38 batts. In addition we had Pure Eco install a couple of solar fans. The team came on time, worked efficiently, and left the house clean. They sent us photos of before and after, and answered all our questions with professionalism. Look no further, these are your guys!

I was very pleased with the attic cleaning and insulation work eco pure did. My house had years or rodent infestation. They opened everything up and cleaned everything with disinfectant. This was something I was very concerned about with little kids in the house and they walked with through every step and showed me their work. They also closed all points of entry so that the problem wouldn’t continue. White glove service, highly recommend for the peace of mind.

After 10 years in the same house, We finely decided to update our kitchen.
We weren't so sure of what and how we should go about it. There are such big Variety this days.me and my wife had a hard time deciding what to choose.
So we found nuhome that came highly recommended through friends, and the greatest part that helped come to an agreement was
the fact that they showed us How our kitchen will look after the remodeling on this amazing 3D program on there computer.
We found the style we liked and it came so nice after it was done.
Thanks nuhome we will for sure use them again.

My brother and I were both looking to have our kitchens remodeled. Joel came out to take measurements and do the layout and all was good. We got called to review our layouts and we thought it was odd that we were called and asked to come on the same day at the same time. Joel was helping me while Zack was helping my brother. We were impressed with the estimates they gave us. All was good to this point.

At home, I started doing some research. Once I asked about their business license, the runaround started. They do NOT have a business license and work under someone else’s. I also asked what the next step was and I was told I needed to sign a contract. I asked to have a copy emailed to me so that i could review it.

I must have asked questions that I wasn’t supposed to because neither my brother nor I have heard from them since. That was 5 days ago.

Their website is very deceiving...that is NOT their showroom. They have very limited samples and no sinks or faucets and it certainly does not appear to be 6000 feet they advertise.

I would never use a remodeling company that doesn’t have a business license.

I would like to recommend Loga Electrical and General Construction. I called for an estimate for recessed lights and a panel upgrade. Jose gave me a reasonable price and he did an excellent job around my home.Easy to communicate and fast service.Dont hesitate to give Loga a try!Will call back for sure for future services needed

Jose is a complete pro. I designed a gate for my driveway he executed it perfectly. He shows up when he says he will, gives a thorough and transparent bid, pays attention to detail and obviously cares a great deal about his work. I am constantly getting compliments on my driveway gate. I was so happy with Jose's work that I had him back this month to put in a new fence across my back yard. Again, the work was exceptional. I highly recommend Loga G Construction and Iron Works.

I contracted Loga after a friend referred them to me. Arturo came to our home to take a look at the electrical work we wanted done around our home and give us pricing for a small iron door we wanted replaced as well. He was courteous and contacted us the next day to give us prices on the things we inquired about. His prices were reasonable and his knowledge on the things we asked about and his customer service was spot on (which is why we decided to go with Loga and get the job done with them). All in all Arturo did an excellent job upgrading our electrical panel and re-wiring our home. And our iron door came out looking great. My wife and I are definitely satisfied with the quality of work we received from Loga Electrical and General Construction, and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about contracting them for their home project.
