We had our generator installed by this Company. Did a great job. The company is very professional and reliable. We signed up for the maintenance plan, they contacted us when it was due. One of their employees came out to service the generator and he did a great job. Great company to work with.

Staff are courteous, actually listen and answer your questions accurately. The estimate was taken care of on the same day of the visit and presented before they even left. Period the professional manner in which the entire process has been handled makes all others look truly not competitive or thoughtful. Is my professional opinion that you couldn’t find a better corporate service. Good luck and enjoy.

Frida was extremely professional. Her acute attention to detail was evident from watching her gather her tools. As a man, my first instinct was to offer to carry some of her tool bags, but I quickly noticed that she had everything under control. As she proceeded to access the generator for service, I noticed that everything was done confidently. At least for me it's not everyday that I meet a young lady with her skill set. She is a pro among pro's. I will always request her for my service and will suggest her to other Generac users in the area.

I have been a customer of All American Generator Service for approximately 6 months. Recently I was scheduled to have the first service call for the generator. I was assigned technician Sergio Nunez to make the visit. Upon his arrival it was determined that the generator was not operating properly and in some cases not working at all. Mr. Nunez worked very diligently and also went above and beyond to communicate with Generac to troubleshoot the situation to get the generator working. Unfortunately at the end of the day he was not successful in getting the generator running. The actual run time of the generator was less than a total of 2.0 hours. It is not the fault of Mr. Nunez that I currently have a $11,000 paperweight.

They were very professional and quick. They taught me how simple the system was to operate and there was really nothing I needed to do. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a generator for their home.

I own a service company and expect good service and quality work. I received all of that from American Generator. I was very happy with the technician the work he did and the communication from the office. They sent me a Link to Let me know exactly when the technician Is going to arrive. The whole experience was great.

We are very pleased with All American Generator Services. Kenny--very nice and professional--came out first to assess our needs and prepare an estimate, which was better than other estimates we had received from other companies. He answered all of our questions with no hesitation. On the day of installation, everyone arrived on time, and the installation went smoothly--very neat and professionally done. Again, all of our questions were answered, which is extremely important to us. They did all of the setup and cleaned the area very well before leaving. A big shout out to Patrick, Freddy, Alexis, Rodrigo and Rolando for doing a great job!

The service tech came out and looked at the generator, they charged $350 to diagnose the issue. Then it took a MONTH for them to come out and actually fix the problem with parts. The repair person showed up in a U-Haul truck. Our ranch hand went out to greet him and he was rude and short with him. He was here a short time and left. He never came to the door with an invoice, he never told me the repairs were complete or that my generator was repaired. He just left. When I went outside to check my generator, it's in OFF mode with service lights flashing!! And I get a text from All American Generator asking how service was!!! Like WHAT??!!! IS THIS A SCAM??!!!! I Called the company and told them if they tried to charge my credit card another penny I'd fight the charges. And I'd like another technician out TOMORROW, to show me that the unit is in proper working order. Horrible Customer Service!! UNREAL!
