Frida was very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. She explained in detail the maintenance procedure she did on my generator. All and all, great service!

We did a lot of research before we decided on a generator company. Finally we chose All American Generator Services. On the first visit I didn’t realize they needed to shut down the power for several hours and they were very accommodating when I asked them if they could do what they could and then come back another day to finish. On the 2nd visit it took quite a while with the power off but I was prepared. After the generator was all installed the main guy (Tanner - who is one of owners the company with his family) gave us a complete rundown of the system including a test of what happens when the power goes out. The generator pops on flawlessly and powers the whole house which is a relatively large dwelling. They monitor our system and if there are ever any errors they will be on the phone to get to the bottom of it and come out if necessary. Since we’ve had several power outages recently (including New Year’s Eve which ruined my prime rib plans 🙄) I’m so happy to have this system. It is nice and neatly installed and actually looks cool on the side of the house. In addition, Tanner was so knowledgeable, I asked him about getting a battery back up (in case of a serious disaster where natural gas goes out as well) and he explained exactly how that would integrate and how it would work with the generator if the gas is on and or if it’s also out). We also discussed propane backups and Al of it was so informative. What great service and a great company. I Love the peace of mind I have already.

David was Great! Showed up with the part necessary and installed. Also, provided valuable info to ensure proper charging of Generac starting battery.
All in spite of his transmission blowing as he pulled up to my customer’s house.
Told him i can identify with that situation and thanked him for his fine service while he waited for backup and a tow truck.

Frida was clearly very competent and thorough. She made sure every aspect that needed to be checked was. She even replaced a hose that was very slightly leaking. She tested everything and also connected the generator to our WiFi network. She seems to be a great asset to your team. I would love for Frida to be assigned to our generator if possible.

Julie who set up my appointment was great to work with and very helpful. The technician who came out (Edwin) had over 25 years experience and did a thorough job on the maintenance of my generator. I highly recommend him.

The team at All American Generator is the best. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. My first contact was with Tanner. He talked me through the installation process and provided the quote. After working with Tanner I felt confident I selected the correct company to install my whole-house generator. Freddy led the team during my installation. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Rolando provided his expert knowledge as needed. The team did a beautiful wiring job in the transfer switch panel and were meticulous (plumb and true) about running the gas line. Great work. I highly recommend this company.

I bought the Generac from All American about three years ago and they have been servicing it ever since. I originally All American because they were the most thorough in evaluating my requirements. The generator has turned on a couple of times for short periods when our power was interrupted and once when we were on vacation and the utility was doing repairs. Their service technicians have been timely, courteous and knowledgeable. My last service was performed by Kevin Zadoorian who helped me reconnect the generator to the Generac App after I changed Wi-Fi routers. Keven gets my five stars as he was a pleasure to know.

The owner Kenny has been to my home twice. He's terrific. Honest, forthright, responsive, and more than capable. I recommend them highly!

Dylan was the technician on site. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They do very clean work and kept the area very neat. They were willing to do whatever it took to get the job done.

Dylan also gave me and the homeowner a great walkthrough on how the generator works and gave us a great demonstration.

If you need a generator the only option should be All American.
