We first reached out to Nathan for our yard lighting project, and he was delightful to deal with — not just talented/skilled but also endlessly patient and flexible as we adjusted the designs. Everything was implemented perfectly, by a great team who were a pleasure to have on site. We were so happy with the final result that we brought them back again for irrigation upgrades throughout the yard (again expertly completed, on time and to budget), and we are currently working with Nathan and his team on planting and landscape ideas.

Nathan at Elevated Seasons was fantastic to work with. He was quick to respond, extremely knowledgable, professional and showed real attention to detail. The result was beautiful lighting design and installation for my new landscaping in front of my home. Nathan came by at night once the lights were installed and on to see if any adjustments, changes, or additions needed made. He also listened to what was important to me (such as the warmth of the light, brightness, and design of fixtures) and delivered beautifully.

Before I state how awesome Elevated Seasons is, I have to briefly share my experience with three other landscaping companies in the past three years.

Without naming any names, the first three companies I worked with were varying degrees of awful in many ways.

I completely redesigned my front yard and backyard between the three companies. I got ripped off, was met with untimely service, horrible products and overall just bad experiences.

I gave up after the third company and just assumed that all landscaping companies were dishonest.

then… I met Nathan and Elevated Seasons. I called Nathan on a whim after doing extensive Internet searches.

Based on my experience I was nothing but skeptical when Nathan said that he absolutely would deliver on his commitments.

Nathan came over within a few days did a full assessment and produced a proposal. After a few rounds of going back-and-forth and ironing things out, Nathan convinced me to do the job. Nathan committed to starting on a Monday and finishing on a Friday.

Again, based on prior experiences I was extremely doubtful and very skeptical. I shared that with Nathan several times and he stayed the course and assured me that his team would do a great job and finish on time.

well… That is exactly what happened. Nathan and his team did such an amazing job. His workers were beyond professional and very respectful. They worked hard the entire time and it was obvious they really took great care and pride in the work that they did. Even though I had previously re-designed my yard twice with three different companies, Nathan captured everything that I had originally wanted to do. And he did it in a mere five days!

If you are considering any sort of lighting or landscaping, I would not call any other company. Just give Nathan a call and he will take care of you!

I work partially as a house manager and had a lot of last minute needs/pivots this year as a result of the pandemic & Elevated Seasons absolutely blew my expectations out of the water from the moment that I reached out. Nathan was able to jump in with a moments notice, make amazing recommendations to keep our projects within budget, and stood behind every aspect of his work 1,000% (he even assisted with fixing existing work that was outside of his contracted work to ensure that the yard looked as amazing as possible).

Nathan is kind, quick, courteous, and went out of his way to ensure that we were not only happy with the work but also understood how everything was operating in case any unforeseen issues were to arise. Having the work explained clearly and highlighting potential problem areas / quick fixes gave me the opportunity to ensure that I could properly maintain all the work accomplished.

Nathan and his team were absolutely incredible from the first phone call until the end. It is often hard to find a contractor who will just pick up the phone, or communicate, or be up front and honest. Nathan is incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with and very honest. When we moved into our new house, the backyard was a barren wasteland, and Nathan transformed it into a beautiful oasis in just six days. Nathan is professional, collaborative, and creative, but most importantly, he is someone we could completely trust.

Starting from the design and proposal process, Nathan was eager to collaborate with us and worked hard to understand our vision for our backyard. Before we even signed a contract, he came out to our home several times and adjusted the plans to ensure that the final design perfectly aligned with our hopes for the space. As new homeowners, we also wanted to be budget conscious, and Nathan did a great job adjusting his proposal to give us everything we wanted within our budget.

I was also struck by Nathan’s timeliness and attentiveness during the actual landscaping process. Nathan and his team were exactly on time everyday. Nathan was diligent about communicating and checking in with us throughout the installation and was always very responsive to texts and emails. He really takes pride in his work, which showed in his careful attention to detail and his encouragement to have us reach out to him anytime should we have had any concerns about the health of the plants and sod (even weeks after installation).

It has now been a couple months since the project was completed, and our backyard is flourishing beautifully!

We had a terrific experience with Elevated Seasons. Nathan responded to the request for a bid right away and was available and responsive through the whole process. His proposal was so clear and we were able to easily modify to our needs and budget. Joe and the team that did the installation were so great...they of course had to dig trenches to run wire but you'd never know because they did such a great job putting everything back together. We chose Elevated Seasons to install our holiday lights for our house. Nathan was prompt, business-like and had an excellent vision for the installation. His team was friendly, helpful and did a marvelous job. And when one of the lights came loose a week or so later, I called Nathan, and they were out to our house within an hour to fix it at no charge. He wrapped my palm trees with probably 1000+ mini lights, which look so beautiful and festive. Nathan even adjusted my timer upon request several weeks after they finished the job and installed the lights. His customer service and care are the best. Nathan and Elevated Seasons was a massive gift finding him to do the landscape lighting for my backyard.

After months of having problems with all aspects of transforming my backyard (the pool contractor, the pool maintenance guy AND start up guy, the irrigation installation), having every aspect of working with Nathan was a complete dream.

Our initial meeting he was on time, friendly, and even had a mask on (many others I had met during the course of this backyard project did not during covid). I explained to him the cozy feeling I wanted for yard but that budget was a major concern for me. He listened attentively to everything I rambled about with my ideas and couldn't have been more excited, as if it were his yard too! (BTW to show how stand out and professional he is, he gave me 2 pages of references along with his business card....IF ONLY everyone was like this!)

His estimate was incredibly thorough, very clear with the layout of the light installation, provided SEVERAL options for light fixtures (other companies only could supply a fraction of what Nathan has!), it was extremely professionally presented with a price that fit my budget.

He fit me in within a week from our initial visit and had a clearing in his schedule which made it 5 days from meeting to installation. Just blew me away! Nathan and his hard working crew showed up on time (again, RARELY has happened to me) and even allowed me to see two options for my pathway that I was still uncertain about. It was truly like having a friend as he never pushed spending more or his own design ideas.

Elevated Seasons and working with Nathan, Brandon and Joe have been the highlight of my backyard project. Hands down!

As if I couldn't rave enough about Nathan, he even took the time to help fix a major error in my irrigation system without charging me. Because finding people that are THIS talented and ethical and incredibly wonderful to work with are hard to find.

With a background in luxury event production, I have high expectations of the vendors I work with at special events, and that expectation extends to my home. I expect vendors to keep their appointments, be on time, be friendly, present themselves professionally both in person and in written communication, use high quality materials, do thorough work, avoid shortcuts, go the extra mile to do the job right, leave the property as clean or cleaner than they found it, and if something goes awry, make it right, no questions asked.

Elevated Seasons was all of these things. They are a rare find among the many, many choices for outdoor lighting in Los Angeles. Nathan and the guys on his team, Joe & Brandon, did high quality work that I’m confident will last for years. Nathan in particular was very diligent about communicating through the whole process. We had one snafu where something turned out not quite as I had hoped, and unfortunately I didn’t catch it until after the project was completed and his crew had gone home. But Nathan didn’t miss a beat in returning to my home to make it right – quickly and without hassle or the slightest objection.

Pics attached showing the bistro string light installation they did. For certain reasons, I didn't want them to just clip the light strands to the rooflines - I needed them higher. So they sunk tall poles in concrete to gain the height. Well done!
