Wow! The best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Luis was able to get year old stains out of our cream colored carpets. We have our carpets cleaned annually and try a different service each time. We've always thought the carpets would never be super clean because they are old but Luis made them look practically new again. He dried them so well we had no ugly smell after. We will never use another service. Easy to schedule. Showed up on time. Very professional.

First company I called came out & price was tripled. Remembered I had used Valley Carpet Cleaning years ago and they had done excellent job so called them. Given fair & accurate quote. Luis arrived as scheduled and was amazing. We had a large sectional with multiple cushions & pillows that had been in storage for several years, he spent over 2 hours cleaning every surface. I would highly recommend this company and will be using again in the future.

I needed a last minute cleaning to my sofa and they came out and did an excellent job. This time sons I had Anthony and he was very friendly, professional, efficient and did his job in excellence! To be honest, I don’t know the other gentleman's name who came here twice before from a few months back for my sofa and carpet/area rug, but he was great and professional as well! I would highly recommend using them!

We've been using Valley Carpet Cleaners for the last few years. Always on time, great work, reasonable price. James is a stickler for details, making sure I'm happy before he wraps out. He deep cleaned our shower tile grout yesterday and it's like brand new! Very happy!

I've used Valley Carpet Care several times over the last few years and they always do a great job. Yesterday did not disappoint. Luis did a thorough job on my light-colored wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the house and the staircase. When he was done, there wasn't a spot to be found even at the entrance of the dining room which gets heavily soiled. He also cleaned six white-cushioned dining room chairs that now look like new. All for a very reasonable price.

James and his family are fantastic. They come into your home with efficiency and experience and take care of business. They really know their stuff.

I was shopping around for carpet cleaning services across the SF valley…. Stanley Steamers, Genie Carpet, Jetsons carpet cleaning…. Just to name a few. & all can’t come close to Valley Carpet cleaners in Chatsworth Ca can’t be matched on how AFFORDABLE they are compared to many others. Luis, showed up on time & went straight into work & did an AMAZING job! For how Luis, did if I didn’t know any better I would’ve paid what other companies are charging for his work. He really out did himself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND VALLEY CARPET CLEANERS IN CHATSWORTH!

I am now using their recurring cleaning services since it is important to me. They appear punctually and do a good job consistently. It does not need to worry about cleaning anymore, and that has been allowing me so much mental space during weeks of high berth.

Finally made a reservation for a one-time deep clean because I procrastinated. Dust had built up everywhere, and they touched places that I never considered, such as baseboards and corners. After they were done, my house felt completely cleaned.

I recently availed the services of Soft Touch Prime Cleaning Services and had a great overall experience. The team arrived on time, were professional, and made sure to understand my cleaning needs. They did a wonderful job, leaving my house cleaner and fresh. I also appreciated how careful and respectful they were with my belongings. There were a few minor spots that could’ve been cleaned more deeply, but nothing major. I recommend their service and would consider booking them again.

I feel the weekend free again since I have hired an assistant to come and do a routine home cleaning. I do not have to waste time with these cleaning tasks. My house does not require me to keep it clean all the time. Thank you so much!
