Buyer beware! As soon he came through the door he tried to up sell me on a “deep cleaning.” Don’t be fooled by the advertised low price. Bad job, rude customer service.

I’ve been using Valley carpet cleaning for over 5+ years because they have been only but amazing. They are punctual, respectful, friendly, helpful, affordable and they do a superb job cleaning up the stains that I’ve been told could not be cleaned.

I've been searching for months now and I've seen that they have the highest rating and so I just give myself a try. And to my surprise, I did not have any regrets! These awesome guys did a great job with my carpet. I will surely recommend them.

Just wanted to give a big thanks for getting our white tile shower totally clean! Luis did a wonderful job. For years, I scrubbed, using vinegar and soap, useless shower products, scouring pads, heavy duty brushes, etc, etc. I tried a cleaning woman. Her job was the same as mine…not much improvement at all. Then I saw the positive votes for Valley Carpet Cleaning!

From now on, my husband and I plan on calling James and Luis…what a relief to find out you can HIRE someone to acid wash/pressure wash those tough hard water spots off shower tiles.

Mike at Valley carpet cleaning is awesome! he did a fabulous job at our house. he was on-time, polite, and gave me options for the cleaning process/price. Mike did a really thorough job and the carpets look great! Valley is now my go-to for carpet cleaning.

I’ve used Valley Carpet care several times and I have always had great results.
They’re on time extremely friendly, professional and courteous, and very reasonably priced.
They have never tried to up sell any services! They come in cover up stairs and floors for their equipment, pre spray for more difficult areas.
I highly recommend them! The owner James is very pleasant and cordial!

They have top notch customer service and accommodated my schedule with no complaints, and I was able to book them last minute. They did a fantastic job cleaning our dirty carpet and tile. I'm going to use them again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I've called VCC two times to come out and clean my engineered wood and tile floors, thinking that my floors would never be like new again. Oh boy was I wrong. Luis came out and went to town on my floors and they sparkle like brand-spanking-new. He even cleaned my baseboards without me asking for it.

They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I'm a customer for life! Thanks James and Luis!

I had a nightmarish problem with blood-stained carpets and stains all over the linoleum tile in my hallway, den and kitchen from a mishap with my leg. I called Valley Carpet in the morning and James got me a same-day appointment. The worker who came out, Luis, did a fantastic and thorough job. Carpets look great, and the linoleum hasn't looked this clean in many years. I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

We just used VCC for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and tile and grout cleaning. Luis and Carlos did a great job! They were pleasant and professional, and took great care with our furniture and belongings. I liked that they do tile cleaning too so we could do everything on the same day. The floors are old and heavily damaged in places and i didn't expect much more than a good clean floor, but we were quite surprised and pleased at how much better they look now! I highly recommend this company, they were also very easy to deal with and responsive.
