We had a great experience with this company. He cleaned 4 rooms, our hallway and staircase and the carpet looks as it did when we first moved in. They arrived on time, were very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet or sofa cleaning. So glad I found them! Will be calling them again when it needs another cleaning.

We had a wonderful experience with sofa cleaning La. We had a whole sectional detailed that had major cat hair on it and it came out spotless. We had a three seater white coach that had old stains and it also came out spotless. As well as four sofa chairs that needed some love. All of our frunitire looks brand new and smells squeaky clean. I would highly recommend getting your frunitire cleaned with Eugene he was extremely attentive and trust worthy with all of our belongings. Pico Steamers did an incredible job cleaning our sofa. We’ve had it for nearly 5 years and never had it professionally cleaned. My husband’s daughter has 3 dogs that often stay at our house and we have a dog of our own that loves our couch. He had it looking brand new again. We live in Calabasas and they came all the way out here.

This is an amazing company. I brought them a very expensive and very complex Moroccan Rug that needed to be sized. They did an excellent job, at a reasonable cost, on time, and even delivered it to me. A+ company and extremely nice people.

Outstanding work. I have a beautiful front entry rug that gets a lot of traffic and brought the rug into Aara for cleaning and it is like brand new. Excellent service, professional and reasonable prices as well. Would definitely recommend.

Rare customer service experience at Aara Rugs with the owner, Nabi. I needed a very small repair job on a hooked pillow that has sentimental value to my wife. One of our dogs had snagged it in a few places and unraveled some of the threads. Small damage, it seemed to me, so I was hopeful it could be repaired easily and inexpensively. Nabi looked at it and quoted a price beyond what we were willing to pay (sentimentality only goes so far; it is a fairly inexpensive pillow, but has images of our dogs' breed, so we had hoped to get it fixed). When we expressed our disappointment at the cost, because it was more than we were planning to pay, he explained how he would go about making it like new, and I could then appreciate the effort required and the proposed price. But then he did something I think very few people would do. We asked if there was something we could do ourselves to keep it from unraveling further, and he started to answer, then stopped. He asked for the pillow back and said he'd see what he could do, no charge. We walked to the back where he had piles of beautiful rugs; he grabbed a tool, plopped down on the floor where he'd been working to repair a large antique rug, and proceeded to work on the rough spots to keep them from unraveling further. In a few short minutes, he handed it back to us, ready once again for its prominent place on the armchair in our living room. While he didn't restore it - which I now understand would take more work than justified for this pillow - he did do what we needed, which was preserve it, and he did it with a smile and no charge. Could not have asked for a better resolution. While we are not in the market for rug repairs, if he shows that much care on a freebie repair of a dog pillow, I can imagine the care he shows to the beautiful rugs that line his shop. He really seems to love what he does, and seems to have a reverence for the work that goes into creating these works of art, so if you should ever need these types of services, I highly recommend reaching out to him.

We bought a beautiful unique Ikat rug from Nabi at Aara Rugs. The rug was produced in a factory he owns/deals with in Afghanistan and the quality is top notch. Nabi and his son were very patient in working us and allowing us to see a range of rugs. They allowed us to take the rug home to see how it looked in the house, without obligation or a deposit. The final price we paid was very fair.

OUTSTANDING CLEANING!!! I had several Chinese rugs that I was almost ready to throw out because they were in such bad shape and so dirty from years of wear. Nabi is a miracle worker!!! They look almost brand new. He is also the nicest guy! If you are looking to buy a rug or just have it cleaned don't go anywhere else! go to Aara Rugs FIRST!

If I could give Nabi and Aara rugs more than 5 stars I would! Nabi did an absolutely fantastic job. I had stored away one of our beautiful handmade rugs to keep it safe and while it was in the closet rats had chewed a chunk out of the side. I thought for sure the rug was ruined. But then I found Aara. Nabi came to collect the rug. He cleaned and repaired the damage - perfectly. In fact he did such exquisite work, I had a very hard time locating where the damage had been. Now the rug is back in my house, as good as new. I've already given Nabi another rug to clean. I highly recommend Aara Rugs.
