Ivan and his crew did a wonderful job. They trimmed a huge podocarpus hedge taking care to cut as much back without forfeiting privacy.

I contacted them via Yelp and they were super fast in responding. We have a huge pine tree and one of the largest branches broke in the middle of he night and needed to be removed asap and trim the rest. They came out, did a free estimate, and once approved they had someone contact me to schedule same day. The gentlemen that came to remove the branch were very careful, making sure to protect the back yard and were so careful in the removal of this monster branch! Fantastic crew led by Italo. They were punctual, efficient, friendly and got the job done really fast. They did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards and they moved quick! The pine tree was no small tree and I was shocked at how fast and efficient they were. The ladies at the office were also fantastic, they were in constant communication and very helpful. On top of that, their prices were more than fair! I am very happy with the service and will be recommending them to everyone!

I was thoroughly happy and impressed with how clean they left the property. They even cleaned up the leaves and a debris pile I forgot to tell them!! Gustavo (the owner) was great, kind, and swift.

I'm a contractor and they have the best price and service so far, and I have delt with many companies. Monica is excellent at making sure everything goes correctly. I did not want my very manicured lawn and landscape to be damaged, and they made sure not one delicate plant was harmed and it was a giant tree to be removed down to the trunk.

These guys are great! Licensed and bonded and a great price. Don't grab anyone off the street to do work on your property. They get hurt and your stuck with the bill.

Highly recommend California Green Tree Care! We had a very large Pepper Tree that needed to be removed. Italo responded promptly to my call and came for a free estimate. He explained everything that would be necessary and gave me a very reasonable price. The crew arrived on time and got to work right away. I was so impressed at how hard they worked and how fast they were finished. They were all very professional and friendly. They left the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. They also had to have access to the neighbors yard to clean up and I was told that it looked great in their yard. I will use them again as needed and highly recommend this company!

I have hired this crew twice. Once for Chinese Elm Trees and once for Palms. They are clean, respectful, and fast. I have no hesitation calling them again in the future.

I had them trim back trees and hedge based on great work they did at a neighbors house. The crew showed up and quickly tackled all the areas. When I asked them to trim more from one section, they were very accommodating. I highly recommend them for any trimming work.

We've used them twice. They have been excellent - arrived on time, did great work, worked quickly, had no incidents, cleaned up afterwards AND made the effort to contact neighbors to get permission to clear branches and leaves which fell into their yards. They've communicated well with us each time, asking what we want, providing advice and delivering.

This is the second time I've hired California Green Tree Care, and I was just as impressed as I was the first time. I live on a corner and have large trees both on my property and city property (city refuses to trim) that drop a ton of leaves and berries. When I called for an estimate, a real person answered and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. The tech was knowledgeable about which city trees he could work on and which required a permit. Then they emailed me a clear proposal with a fair price.

On the work day, the crew showed up on time, were courteous and professional, and left my yard and the sidewalks around my house immaculate, I mean 10x better than my gardener does. I also appreciated the fact that they did not use my green bins at all. My trees look amazing - thinned out but not naked. I rarely have a contractor experience this positive. :)

These guys are amazing! Freddy is fantastic and got the job done quick and to perfection. I’ve seen a lot of trees that look terrible after being trimmed but these guys thought about the final product as they were cutting. It looks amazing and they cleaned up so well you’d never know they were even here. It was a great experience and I’d recommend them to anyone.

We have a dense, steep acre of land in Laurel Canyon and we clear our trees and brush every spring. Given some challenges with other companies, this year we decided to go with CA Green Tree Care and we were absolutely blown away. Gustavo was quick to come out and provide a clear, itemized quote; the front office was kind and flexible with scheduling when we had to move things around due to rain; and the crew that worked on site all 3 days were INCREDIBLE. They were on time each day, they knew exactly what needed to be done, but would pause to ask our POV on how we wanted certain things to look. They were professional, SUPER quick, and thoughtful. They removed a 80' Eucalyptus (sick tree), pruned all other trees (Oak, Pine, Walnut, Palms), and cleared all dead wood and brush from the hillside. They were very knowledgable about LAFD code and how to create defensible space around our home. Each day they left, our yard was left clean and tidy - not a bit of debris or trash in sight. Its a bit hard to explain, but I've not encountered a "thoughtful" tree crew before - each tree was cut with care so to remove the dead weight, but leave a beautiful shape behind. This was, by far, our best experience with a tree crew in the 10 years we've been doing this. CALL THEM!
