I was not expecting same day service. Especially on Veteran’s Day. John was here within the hour! He resolved our issue, advised us of what we need to take care of and best of all was honest. I will definitely call them back next time!!

Fernando is an honest tech. 5 months ago another company sent someone in 10 minutes “fixed” the problem temporarily, only to have me make another call today. Fernando checked many aspects of the hvac and now I’m signed up for regular preventative maintenance with them.

Premium Air has been our AC/Heating company for years and their service is top notch. All their techs are great and a particular shout out to John, who just completed our autumn maintenance and is remarkably efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. 5+ stars all the way!

Fernando and his team installed a replacement HVAC in our home. It was a very tricky installation. Fernando took his time to research the best system for our very tight space and the best way to remove our old system. His installation team took a lot of care, using floor coverings to protect our floors and carpets before bringing in the replacement equipment. The team was polite, professional and knowledgeable. The system works beautifully and we sure made the right choice! The system Fernando suggested also cost much less than other bids we received. We couldn’t be happier.
