I don’t understand all of these rave reviews. I have a spreadsheet of over 15 major mistakes that Greenscene made during our project—that took over 8 months to “complete”. In the end, we simply gave up trying to get them to fix all of the errors, and chose to cut our losses (of tension & stress). There was a major leak in the brand new pool they installed (see photo of wet soil next to pool)—, which took them over 2 weeks & 30,000 gal of water— to fix. In fact, we can only hope it’s fixed, bc they covered the spot w sod prematurely before we could verify, and they gave us one of many “oops!” responses when we challenged them. The planting in our front yard look like a garage sale. No theme, no plan, no color or other coordination. I’m working on replacing all. And the trees are puny compared to what was I dictated in the plans. The expensive Artistic Paver Co. patio tiles looks terrible w stains in the cracks (photos) that they claim are “industry standard”. Such a low bar. The paver company also balked on backing their product (that’s a diff review). The stains are not water, btw. Does not evaporate. So many other probs. And the owner is a complete bully, and, characteristically—highly ‘sensitive’ when called out. Push too hard and he will act offended or claim fragile health. Don’t buy his customer service claims, either. It’s been a nightmare. Happy only to be done with them.
