This is the company to call if you want someone who is knowledgeable. We've had Mike come out for two of our AC units. We had been told our system was shot and that we needed a new one by a different company so we were stunned when Mike from Lotshaw took a look at it and said it was a simple repair. That system has been running like a clock since then. Last week our casita AC system went out. Mike came out, and once again, had the problem handled well under an hour. Could not be happier!

The people at Lotshaw Service are friendly, reliable, have expertise to evaluate and repair your A/C equipment, and come through on their service commitments. Their service rates are reasonable. Recommend you call them if in need of airconditioning service work.

Steve has done a lot of electrical work for me over the years. He is always the first person I call when an electrician is needed. He is always extremely professional and on time. I highly recommend him.

Steve has been fantastic to work with. First of all he always shows up on time and does what he says he will, which is very important to me and hard to find in the mountains where I live. Communication is very clear and there's great attention to detail. Axis won't be the lowest bid, but they will be the best value given the high quality of the work. We have used them for moving outlets, installing outlets, installing outdoor camera lights and data cabling. We're planning on having them install a whole generator next, due to our high level of confidence and satisfaction to date.

Came out for a service call, charged $150.00. Told me what needed to be done and never came back.

They had to dig up a big patch of my garden to build a new access to the pipe, so they could snake out the problem. Amazing, how they managed to put it all back, just like it was.
