Tree reviews in Chico, California

Terrible experience. He came by and made a bid and then strung me along for a week and a half with no communication and then when I called him he said he couldn't do it

This company has gone above and beyond their job title to help in the most unique circumstances. I had lost my parrot and found her high up in a park tree by my home. It was after 5. Most places wouldn't answer or are out. They answered so promptly and sprung to action. These men showed true care and compassion in their willingness to help in a situation like this. I am truly grateful for them and will forever recommend them for tree services. They didn't have to do a traditional job for me to see these men care and pride themselves on the work they provide. And truly are there to help. This experience is so memorable for me. My parrot is only 2 years old and will live around 60. We have our lives to remember the kindness Joes tree service showed us!

Would highly recommend joe and his son for any tree needs you may have! I had multiple trees removed and trimmed. I have zero complaints extremely professional and courteous extremely fair pricing and they were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Cleaned up my property and left it exactly how they found it. This is the type business that builds a lasting relationship hard to find these days.

This company is amazing. It was my birthday and my cat was found in a 5 story tree!!! Nobody would help. Not the fire department, police or animal control. But J and J Tree Service was on the scene within 15 min of my call. All other companies wanted were so over priced that I was going to have to climb this tree to save my cat, but this was 1/3 the cost of everyone else. Thank you guys for saving my cat and my birthday. My 3 kids think you are heroes and they are very great full to have their kitty back.
Thank you again Mike and Joe!!!!

Joe and Josh just spent the last 2 days with their boys trimming some 30+ very large palm trees and a mulberry tree bigger than a house. They were fantastic...with 104 degree temps they never lost their great attitudes. Did more than I had asked and overall were great to work with. Great service. Great people...highly recommend

Joe’s Tree Service was very responsive and provided a more than reasonable quote for the removal of a tree and the trimming of three other trees. His crew showed up on time and did an amazing job! The clean-up was so thorough that there wasn’t a twig left on the lawn. I will most definitely recommend Joe’s Tree Service to others and will call him the next time I need tree work done!

I can't say enough about this guy he keeps people honest! He came to evaluate the previous bid someone told me a high number came out the next day on a Saturday drove to Red Bluff saved me almost $2,000

I had 3 other services come evaluate my 120 ft cedar tree that had been damaged in the snow. Joe's, which is named J and J now because Joe's son Josh is part of the company. They were timely, efficient and left my yard looking great. The price was excellent plus he gave me a Senior discount. Thanks to Joe and Josh and to all the crew....a very positive experience.

Josh, Josh and the crew are great. They’ve taken out multiple trees for me over the years and I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Very proactive! Great service & communication! Don't hesitate to call them with any tree needs!

They delivered wood chips to my home, it was quick and easy and the driver was really nice. Good service overall !!!

Joe, Josh, and the crew were friendly and efficient. They did a great job trimming back 3 fire damaged trees and left the place looking better than when they arrived. Two thumbs up!
