Used this company before and was happy with service and service man. Today the owner helped me with old wall nightlight and was very nice, prompt and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone!!

Glenn did a fantastic job helping us with our electricity issues. He came within a day of our call and very clearly explained the problems he saw before and during his work and gave us a reasonable price. Communication and promptness were also top-notch. I would recommend Safeway Electric to anyone in need of an electrician.

Glenn and the team have been professional and courteous. I have had quite some bit of work done over the last 6 months and Safe Way is fairly priced. I also find them honest and feel comfortable recommending them. My electrical was a mess and everything is now running smoothly.

About a year ago (April 2023) we had all of of our outlets and switches replaced/upgraded. Fastword about a year, and we had a issue on of the walls in our kitchen where nothing worked. We called them up and they were able to squeeze us in what I am sure was very busy day! Glenn was here in about an hour or so after we called and resolved our issue! Thank you Glenn!

A very honest to goodness guy. Came by the house on a promised date and time. Very diligent with his findings. Even sent a video of what was wrong. This is the guy you want to contact with your electrical needs. I was anxious on what might be the potential cost but Glen did a complimentary assessment of the problem. Awesome guy!!!

Glenn came right on time, very punctual and communicative. His inspection was through and appropriate. He tried to give us the best price that he could, we have a difficult project but he is very qualified to do the job. Our conversations were amicable, he was never pushy for us to make a decision but he gave us a great insight of the deficiencies and problems we have at our place. I was having issues with my fuse box and one of the fuses was not resetting. I would go to the right and then to the left but it wouldn't stay on. It was like a door not wanting to stay shut. It would come back a little bit. I have done this a dozens of times before, so this was strange. I called safe way electric and got Glenn. Now before calling I called another place and I described what was happening. They were just a receptionist and they said they would have to set a schedule for someone to come out. When I spoke to Glenn he actually tried to coach me on what to do. Now I had described that I have already attempted to reset a few times and wait in-between. He described that when u reset u hear like a latching noise when u go to the right. This time I went really slow and deliberate and I heard it loud and clear. And this time it worked. He didn't charge me for this coaching. He was just trying to help and be a good person. If i have electrical issure in the future I am gonna make sure to have there number saved. I would recommend you give safe way electric and Glenn a call first before calling someone else.

Safeway electric was great from start to finish. Glenn is a very conscientious, honest owner who is motivated to make happy clients! He has been in business a long time and knows his stuff! The office staff and the other workers were also knowledgeable and helpful. Communication is quick and responsive. Any follow up needs were addressed timely. I would highly recommend this company!!

Chris from Safe Way Elect. is one of the most professional and genuine person I have met. He was the ONLY electrician to take the time and resolve our electrical ground issue with our home since it was built in 1950’s. He backs his warranty with no questions asked and even came back within two hours of my call during the weekend. Thank you Chris Farris on bringing faith that there are honest companies out there that want to do what is best for the customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Chris if electrical work is needed.

Glen, Enrique and Joseph did an amazing work rewiring our house. We started out just wanting to change the old panel and sub panel to a single panel for the whole house outside and fix a few outlets that went out to a complete rewire. Glen pointed out several problems with the wiring and how to fix it. Enrique and Joseph came in and worked through the house beginning with the garage and working through the kitchen. The work was done through patches instead of tearing the walls out. Rosa and Nicole were very helpful in the office with payments and permits. Enrique did the walk through with the inspector to ensure we passed inspection. The overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend Safe-Way Electric for any and all residential electrical needs. I now feel very safe in our home.

I had an awesome experience with Glen, the electrician. He is very friendly, wise, and meticulous and had explained and showed by examples what we needed for our three bedroom Condo. Listened to the concerns and provided solutions for our real problems. Very helpful and aggreable regarding fees. We have an older unit so there are several considerations. I highly recommend and appreciated the detail and involving me and informing me throughout the the process. Small tasks or large I feel like he'd got you covered.

Chris was very professional and helpful and a great sense of humor considering what happened to him in our front gate but that's another story. He showed me what to do since I've already done the work on my breakers and it worked. He also showed me how my lines on my plugs how it's connected and for a future fix, he can change them to parallel circuits so all the plugs are independent from each other. I'm most likely going to get this done. Less headaches in the future and I'll probably do my other house as well. Thanks again Chris and I look forward to your next visit 😊. Aloha!
