I went looking for an Electrician online because I was told by the installer of my HVAC that I had an electrical issue for one of my A/C units. I called Safe-Way Electric this Morning 7/1/2024@ 7:15 a.m because I saw all the great 5 stars reviews, the reviews did not lie! Glen answered my initial call. I received a call after 8:00 a.m from Nicole to inform me of the time Glen would arrive to my home. She kept me posted on the time he would arrive and even called me when Glen was in front of my home!🤩 When I met Glen I just loved his demeanor! He smelled nice too!☺️ He checked the breaker box and even had me hold the tool he used to see the voltage on each breaker! He explained to me how much each breaker should read, and sure enough he found one not reading correctly. He checked both individual fuse boxes for each fuse on my A/C units to make sure the amperage was good. All checked out fine and Glen gave me my estimate with a discount of 15%! Glen changed out the breaker and now my home is nicely cooled from today's heat. I also had a question about a smoke detector that would beep all the time in one of the bedrooms. With a new battery, it still gave me issues. Glen checked the wiring of the smoke detector for me and reinstalled the battery, put it back in place and it stopped beeping! 🥳 One thing I can say is that I now have my first new Electrician that I will be calling for all my electrical needs! Glen is the BEST! THANKS AGAIN GLEN! 🤗

Glenn helped me with a power issue I was trying to fix by myself. He was patient and supportive enough walk me through a trick he knows concerning checking the fuse panel and breakers to quickly see what fuse was blown. Surprisingly there was NO blown fuse. So being the professional he is, recommended one more thing to check and it worked. Power to a single room was restored. His tricks are easy but solid. Glenn came to my house to diagnose a power loss I had to my detached garage. He quickly found the problem and repaired it. He went through the garage and tested each light switch and outlet. He was very friendly, professional and straightforward. Im more than pleased and will definitely be calling them to handle any future electrical issues i may have.

Glenn really knows his stuff!!! It was very obvious that he has been in the electrical field for years. His knowledge of the trade was impressive. When he came out to my home, he did not rush, he took his time and inspected every possible aspect of my electrical system. He found the problem and offered diffrent options to fit my budget. I had other companies come out for quotes but none beat Glenn's knowledge or price. Two thumbs up, without question.

Glenn the owner recommends and sells on unnecessary changes and then overcharges. He also did not show up on time.

He will recommend changing all your outlets when it’s not necessary. He will then charge an exorbitant amount. It is probably an easy job and he can send any electrician to do it. He’ll try to schedule you quickly so that you don’t have time to make a good decision. Most people with no knowledge of electrical work will just believe what he says.

I had a problem that was unrelated to changing the outlets. I had someone else fix it for a quarter of Glenn’s price. I paid another licensed electrician 10% of Glenn’s price and he fixed my problem on the spot. Glenn gives a free estimate but the price is factored into his prices.

Glenn has GOT to be the best electrician in the business! Kind, hardworking, and chock full of INTEGRITY - this man deserves all the 5 star reviews and more! Not only was I was able to get my entire house diagnosed on extremely short notice, but the experience was smooth as butter. Thank you, Glenn for all the help. Glenn came out and did a free diagnostic on all of the outlets in our house, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to walk us through what he was testing, explained what was going on in a way we could easily understand, and made sure we were comfortable with everything he was doing.

It was clear that Glenn really knows his craft and takes pride in his work. He never rushed us, answered all our questions honestly, and didn’t try to pressure us into unnecessary work. You could genuinely tell he’s a good, honest man who cares about doing the job right.
