I live in Ontario, but when our pipes got totally clogged, a relative in Pomona told us we had to call RedHead Rooter in Chino. We really needed a good plumber to come out and help us fast.

Purchased 2 Kingston Brass bathroom faucets through Home Depot. Each one cost $325.00. We were able to install one of them, but soon realized that it has a constant drip. My handy husband tried to see if he could figure it out……but all his tightening didn’t solve the problem.

The second faucet pop up piece was broke. We immediately called customer service and the guy was not interested in what I had to say and immediately wanted me to fill out a warranty form. He should have just believed me and sent me the part. Instead, I returned it and ordered a new (2nd) faucet. It arrives and we are excited to install it. NOPE.. The spout does not sit straight. 😳. Now, I’m really annoyed. I thought the quality would be better if I spent a little more money. Sadly that’s not true. They are both going back and I’ll be back to square one.

I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it is to deal with Kingston Brass and their customer service treasure, Michele. We bought a drinking water single-line faucet and a single handle faucet and sprayer from Kingston Brass. When our order arrived (quickly!) the sprayer was missing and not paired with the faucet as we had ordered. I emailed the company and included my email and phone. They responded right away and had me take a photo of what we had received. I emailed the photo and received a call from the kindest, most delightful service representative I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She expedited a sprayer, and two days later we received it. But it had a flaw way up inside and we had a drip coming from the spray head running down into the cabinet. I emailed her with photos, and she called. She was so sweet and took care of us right away. She watched the tracking and called the next morning after it arrived to make sure it was working properly. We had a great conversation and a few laughs. I am so thankful that this level of customer service actually still exists somewhere in our world! My faucets and sprayer are all installed now and work so well. I just can’t get over the beauty and great quality of Kingston Brass. I’m actually excited to use my faucets and to just run water. The quality feels good in your hands. This is a great company with high quality products and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Kingston sent my order right away. However, one item was slight damaged. I called and a customer representative named Michele answered. She immediately apologized, and without question sent a replacement part that day. She was very pleasant and solved the issue on the spot. Kingston has great products and excellent customer service.

We purchased a faucet from this company on Amazon and it started to drip about one and a half weeks after getting it installed. Within the next week, it went from a drip to poring out! No way to refund, They REFUSE! We called the company "Kingston Brass" twice and had no help or resolve whatsoever. I spoke with a customer service representative, and guess who owns the company, Amazon does! So no loss for them, every loss for the customer. They can just continue to resell the same broken items while we pay gobs of money. We had to pay the plumber to have the faucet installed, pay to have a plumber come back to check it and will have to pay to have them come back to reinstall a NEW faucet that we will also have to repurchase! We ALSO have to pay to return it to amazon! I'M LIVID!

I bought a Kingston Brass kitchen faucet in 2019. This past year, the faucet head began to malfunction. It would revert itself to the spray function and not stay on stream. When I pulled the paperwork, I was happy to see it was guaranteed for ten years. I contacted the warranty department and a new faucet head is now on my faucet. The customer service was the most helpful customer service I have experienced in years. In fact, they were so accommodating, I thought I had time traveled back to the 50’s when “the customer is always right”. I will definitely buy another faucet from Kingston Brass again.
