I’m a designer. Buy lots of different products . Bought 2 pieces of Kingston Brass , brass finish plumbing parts, from a very reputable supplier. Finished did not match. Reached out to Kingston brass to see if there was another part that would have a better finish match. They were dismissive and said one wasn’t their product. I sent them images of their packaging, inserts, skew numbers and finish mismatch.
I’ve never had such a response. Will NEVER use their products again.

I would like to commend Li Anne Riley in customer service. She provided excellent help and was very patient with me as I was having some problems entering in a couple of the item numbers. She went out of her way to explain the differences in the products. She helped pull together the lavatory faucets, matched the Roman spa tub faucets and hand held shower. She also gave me suggestions on how to save some money. I am so pleased with the customer service that I received. Thank you

I reached out to their warranty department a little over a month ago requesting replacement parts, honestly they were slow to respond. However, after I wrote a google review they contacted me within an hour, and let me know that they would expedite the replacement parts request, and the delivery. I received the parts yesterday, and installed them. My faucet works well, no issues.

I had an old Moen valve in a remodel that was for less than standard thickness wall and my customer did not want to lose the closet space behind the tub. Luckily, I found a Kingston Brass retrofit kit that was amazing. Worked perfectly with the old valve and the options you receive with the kit were great. Kingston did not pop up on an initial search so this was one of those hour long searches that yielded a solution to my problem. I will definitely utilize their products again. I had a problem with a delay in delivery and they were super responsive to that as well. Can't say enough about my first experience with this company. I'll be back.

I am a plumbing contractor in San Diego. It's always more reassuring to have a good relationship with my suppliers and especially directly with manufacturers. Kingston Brass is local to CA, and Michele and Daniel are the pro account managers. Michele did a great job of helping me locate the right fixture for a custom replacement project. Rosalyn at Kingston Brass was wonderful on support! There was no wait time on reaching their support team, and once I reached Rosalyn, she was fantastic!

Though I didn't end up returning my item, Maria Sanchez from customer service was extremely fast and helpful in providing me return slips and making updates when I decided to return 2 items instead of one.

I dealt with a customer rep named Tania, who was very helpful. Apparently I was missing a small part for a bottle sink trap which made the drain useless because it would leak. She was very responsive in getting it out to me within a few of days. Greatly appreciated!

Great products with large selection. Customer Service was very helpful with a return of an item that unfortunately would not fit my antique sink. Looking forward to receiving the replacement I chose. My antique tub was reglazed and the Kingston Brass fixture looks and functions great (see pic). Turns the tub into a shower with style.

Would give zero stars if I could they never answer. my item under warranty has broke more times than I can count at this point and they just do not answer you. I’m going to post all the emails I send with zero response or care in the world. Don’t use them products are made like garbage and then they ignore you when you try to get help

We bought our faucet many years ago and when it finally started to drip, I had long since misplaced my proof of purchase. However Catherine was able to help me discover the replacement part I need, so now our faucet will undoubtedly last several more years to come. Very good quality and very good service. Thank you

I use Kingston Brass almost exclusively on all my building and renovation projects.
I love their product, the company is so organized, ships timely, anytime there is a problem or question they are on it.
Great everything.

We had older bathroom faucets. While repairing them, I found that one of the valve/cannisters would not stop leaking. I searched for the possible maker and found very similar faucets from Kingston Brass. My goal was to find the appropriate Valve/cannister to fix my leak. After trying to find that information, I called their number and Rosalyn answered the phone. I provided a brief explanation of what I was trying to do. Rosalyn asked that I provide her pictures of the faucet and the valve/cannister. She shared she would try to find it. The next day, she called me back. Unfortunately, my faucet was not a Kingston Brass faucet. She shared the details and her search that she had completed.

When I originally contacted Kingston Brass, I feared my faucet might not be made by them. However, Rosalyn still did a search and then called me back to share the results.

While not the result I had hoped to find, I did find a responsive company that was willing to look into my question.

Side note - I found a generic valve/cannister and the faucets are not back and working correctly.

We purchased a faucet from Kingston Brass a couple of years ago. We love it, but suddenly the sprayer hose started to leak. We thought it was a crack in the hose and not a gasket since we replaced the gasket and the leak continued. We filed a warranty claim and had a sprayer hose in hand a week later with no problem. Excellent customer service!!

Rosalyn At Kingston Brass went above and beyond to help resolve my part needed for a discontinued item. She found the correct replacement needed. Thank you for outstanding Customer service.

Great experience with Kingston Brass. Ordered some bathroom sink parts which were incompatible, and they were very easy to work with for the return and refund. Can’t vouch for the quality of the part, as we never actually used them, but the people and customer service are excellent. Will order from them again if I get the chance!
