Three gates exactly as ordered. They look fabulous! Installed when they promised. Barak and Sylvester were the ultimate in customer service- including coming back twice to help when I messed something up. Highly recommend Mulholland- especially these two guys!!

I had a terrible experience with Mulholland. They installed a pergola in my backyard. Unfortunately, during the installation, they negligently damaged my pool, causing a significant damage. They did not cover the pool or at minimum, provide a warning that the pool needed to be covered prior to installation. This led to metal falling into the pool and scratching the BRAND NEW pool I installed. The pool company quoted me an amount to drain the pool, repair, and refill and I relayed that information to mulholland.What’s even worse is that after I pointed out the damage, they completely failed to communicate about how they would handle the repair. I repeatedly reached out to them, but my calls and emails were either ignored or met with vague promises that someone would get back to me—no one ever did. It has been months that I have attempted to reach out and follow up. The lack of responsibility and poor communication is unacceptable. They were very communicative when it came to making the sale. Now, I’m stuck with a damaged pool and the burden of finding another contractor to fix it. I strongly advise against hiring Mulholland if you care about quality work and accountability.
