I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Despite being under warranty, they refused to honor the work done, leaving my business without hot water for several days. The quality of their initial work was faulty, and it has severely impacted our operations.

Additionally, it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with Israel, who, when finally reached, flat-out refused to stand by the warranty. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I expected much better and would not recommend this company to others.
