Great service and response time. I was in direct communication with Mike from start to finish. Not only did he diagnose the problem with my heating quickly, but he walked me through what happened step by step. I had my ac/heating installed a couple years back and Mike let me know that it was under warranty saving me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. He's earned my business from now on!

My heater went out unexpectedly and I was freezing. I called Della-Mora because of their excellent reviews. To my surprise, Michael, the owner of the company came out to help me that very night. I needed a part for the repair but he was able to create a short-term fix that got my heater working right away. As soon as he had the part, he came back and finished the work. I was so impressed by his expertise and his kindness. I would 100% recommend this business.

I initially called Della-Mora to fix my gravity heater wall unit and after talking with Mike, decided to have them install a whole home heat pump system including duct work and I could not be happier! He’s fantastic to work with and a real problem solver with navigating my 1950s home. I cannot recommend them enough! Honest, affordable and just an all around great experience. Michael Della-Mora has done work for us over the past few years installing and maintaining air-conditioning units in commercial properties. He is very knowledgeable, has been very responsive, and reasonably priced and his work has been very satisfactory. Based on this experience, we had Michael recommend and install a heating/air-conditioning unit at our home in March 2023. We had the same experience on this project as we have had with his work on the commercial units. He was prompt , responsive, efficient, reasonably priced, and went the extra mile to make sure that we were fully satisfied with his work and the final product. Michael is very professional, did a thorough diagnosis on his first trip, gave me a reasonable estimate and came back as scheduled.
I observed, inspected his work on piping insulation and found his workmanship thorough, neat, more than than effective and high-quality.
I would highly recommend Michael to anyone who needs maintenance or repairs on their heating and air conditioning.
I plan to use Michael in the future to service and test my equipment twice a year as the seasons change.

We had Della-Mora out to do an entire replacement of our rotten ductwork, furnace removal, and installation of a new heatpump solution. Our installation was particularly challenging given the single floor layout of the house and the need to do all the work in the very tight crawlsapce. There were also some interesting challenges related to the equipment placement. The job was done efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up the site well after completion. The price was very favorable compared with competitors that come with a nice glossy brochure. Highly recommended.

Dell-Mora Heating and Air were top notch. Mike basically fixed what another company messed up and installed a new AC unit. Literally went out of his way to fix the furnace when he didn’t have to. Mike was honest, super knowledgeable and never tried to upsell me on anything. You can tell Mike truly cares about his business and profession. Thank you!

We were fortunate to find Michael for our HVAC needs. We realized our AC was not working right before the heat wave. Michael was able to come in and check our system within a few days and was able to give me several options. What made Michael stand out was that since our replacement unit was back ordered, he came to our house to do a temporary fix to help us survive the heat wave and be able to have our baby shower party indoors. Michael and his team saved the day!! They were very professional, responsive and will definitely recommend him for any HVAC needs!

Great work by Della-Mora Heating and A/C!

We were able to get a great qoute (cheaper than most other companies) with a military discount added thanks to Sylvia. We requested for relocation and update of our furnace to the attic to open up space in the laundry room. Additionally, we replaced our AC unit. We were qouted less than $10k for 5 days of work. All parts/equipment came with 5--10 year warranty.

Michael was a true professional of the trade. He did relocation and updates of the associated vents, tested each vent, and updated the surrounding ducting and insulation in the attic. I would definitely use them again in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Sylvia was super nice and was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Mr. Michael was the technician that came out. He was very respectful with my wishes of taking off his shoes in our home. The initial inspection/recommendation was free. I scheduled a dryer cleaning with Sylvia and again I had an appointment scheduled within 3 business days. Mr. Michael came out for the cleaning and once again very respectful and personable. He asked if I had any other questions and he was able to help me on another matter in the house that he didn’t have to help but did. Very impressed with the quality of service we received from Della-Mora HVAC. The owner (Mike Della-Mora) was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Michael is very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my mom’s boiler radiant heating system. Mike had been installing gas and electric heaters for me for years. The price, the sceduling and the professional service is outstanding.

Amazing service and the guy was extremely helpful and cool! Came in on his day off and was able to immediately solve the problem based only on a few photos and videos we sent him of the issue. 12/10 service and will be using them for all of our Heating/AC needs going forward.
