I got quotes from 3 different contractors about a plumbing issue. They seemed very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. I was given different options and they walked me through the process of different scenarios. Their quoted me about 25% less than competitors. They said there wasn't any openings this week but could call me to fit me in if there's a cancellation. They called me about an hour later and said they could swing by in 20 minutes. They arrived right on time and job was done in an hour or so and it even came out a little less than I was quoted. I would highly recommended them for any plumbing issues. They accept credit cards as well.

BRS Mechanical provides exceptional service and very reasonable prices. We have used them for many years at a couple of different homes... central heating/air conditioning, minisplits, repairs, maintenance, and even fixing mistakes caused by other installers. Always an excellent outcome. We strongly recommend their services!

First unit wasn’t large enough due to our high ceilings and he promptly came out, assessed the situation and fixed it. Called around and got some quotes from a few places but BRS was by far the most helpful and courteous people. I needed new air conditioning install and they arrived within a couple of days calling them. Bruner did an exceptional job and was very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I had BRS mechanical come out to my house and check out my HVAC system. They were quick and honest with their evaluation. He said with the new heaters, there wasn't a lot for them to check out. There were no fault codes, so he focused mainly on the AC system. They installed the HVAC system about two years earlier. As he checked the system, he explained what he was looking for and the significance of the pressures. Everything checked out fine. It was a great experience, no trying to up sell me on anything. No scare tactics that if you don't do this or that the warranty will be voided. It was just good old fashion a pleasure doing business with you. I would highly recommend BRS Mechanical for your HVAC needs. My next project for them will be a tankless water heater.

Thermostat was not working, so we couldn't turn on the AC. I called and got an appointment right away. They came on time. They figured out what was wrong, got our AC working, and also spotted a gas leak, which they fixed. They recommended an upgrade to our thermostat, but was honest and told us our was still working ok. Honest, punctual, professional, great customer service.

Brunner and his team are honest and reliable. What I appreciated most was that they did not upsell me when inspecting my HVAC system. They changed out health and safety components that ensured our system ran efficiently and safely. I would highly recommend their services.

I have called BRS Mechanical twice in the last three years to service my air conditioning unit. The first time, I had another company come out first and they told me there was a big problem with the unit and quoted me over $1,000 for the repair. BRS Mechanical found that it was just a small problem and an easy fix. It only cost $150. They are SO HONEST. From now on, I will ONLY call BRS Mechanical for HVAC issues. The owner was busy the day that I called but he still made time to come out in the middle of a heat wave when he had plenty of business. They are just super responsive, courteous, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is the second time we've gotten help from BRS and I am so grateful! Really quick response time in my Yelp messages, and they were able to get here the next morning. This time it turned out our 40 year old furnace was finally beyond repair, so we had to replace it. They came and looked on a Thursday and by Monday afternoon we had a brand new heater. In today's circumstances, getting quick installations is amazing. Zero complaints, excellent service.

Excellent service! Our AC went out, and we gave BRS a call. Two young gentlemen (David and Luis)came to the call. They were like doctors out there analyzing the problem. They answered the majority of my gazillion questions and what they weren't sure of, called the owner directly, who was able to answer from there. They fixed the problem, were excellently priced, and were professional and polite. Thank you for the outstanding service. It is appreciated.
