The customer service is top notch. Edwin arrived on a weekend which was very helpful to do our quote as my husband and I both work full time. He was professional and very helpful and was able to get us an amazing deal. Install was quick (good scheduling options available) and the guys did a great job. Overall took half a day and the system is working so well. We have already cut our electric bill in half. We did multiple quotes with different companies and are very happy with the choice to go with Air Pro!

Paloma was amazing when she showed up for an estimate and explained everything in-depth, made the process very easy! Scheduled the HVAC replacement for the next day and the crew was very fast and professional, showed up on time and did the job in just a few hours. Prices were very reasonable compared to other estimates that we received which were several thousand dollars more for the same products and services. And on top of all of that AirPro has much better warranties for the products and labor than any other company we received an estimate from!

From the meeting with Angela and her hearing how we use our heating and air, to her suggestion of the best and most cost effective plan, to the prompt scheduling of the install and the installers arriving exactly when they said they would, it was a wonderful experience. They just left and there is no evidence that they were even here…other than the whisper quiet AC unit and the high tech thermostat, and comfortable feel of a climate controlled home! We called Monday and had an inspection at the home that night at 5pm and had an install on Wednesday! How professional was the crew? We had a wall of photos near the install area, they removed the photos and I had no idea how they were gonna get them back in place. Turns out they took a photo of the original placement and returned them to normal. We are super pleased!!
