My furnace had stopped working. Jose Gomez was able to get my furnace promptly. While he was not 100% sure of the cause, as there were no error codes, he stated that if it did happen again it would indicate to him the root cause. There was no cost as it was under warranty.

You would absolutely think that when you're driving a company vehicle you would be more cautious but no. Instead you toss your turning signal on super quick to get off on Washington Street to go to the gas station and cut me off with little room to break.

If you drive how you work I wouldn't hire this company. The fact you don't care about other people's safety on the freeway is maddening.

I have quoted other companies and I am glad I decided to go with Airpro vs. the competitors. I’ve had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Angela was straight to the point and that was great! She was knowledgeable and it didn't feel sales-pitchy. You can tell she’s been doing this for some time and had knowledge and experience to know what will be the best set up for my house. She even gave me the good, better and best options. I really appreciated having different price points, and choices. The 3 young gentlemen that came to the house to replace my furnace, AC unit and thermostat were great and were so thorough. I appreciated that they had booties on in the house when the mat wasn’t laid out. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that the units were up and running well before they left. They took their time and did a a nice, clean job. Thank you to all of you guys!!

Air Pro did a fantastic job today they removed my old gas heater and replaced it with a brand new electrical heater and they added air conditioner, new ducks and vents.
The guys that came today were very good workers they came to do their job knew what they were doing very knowledgeable on everything very polite, courteous

Great company!! Marianna and Nate are very helpful, even the installers. We purchase the system approximately one year ago they came out and did service in the system and is still working great. We are really happy with AIR Pro and their service. They give you all the information you need to know and explain everything in detail. We really recommend them they are great!!

What an amazing experience. Paloma is extremely knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She knows HVAC! She took her time to answer all of our questions, gave us options. After we decided to go with Air Pro, the install team was on time, friendly and respectful. They protected the work areas, worked like a well oiled machine and had the new furnace, AC unit and new ducting done in a day and they left the house spotless. Air Pro did a fantastic job installing a new HVAC system in my older home for a great price. Their installers were clean, respectful and professional and did a great job explaining the steps involved in the installation. The equipment both inside and outside the home looks clean and neat and the system works great. It’s so much quieter than my last AC and the WiFi and touchscreen thermostat they paired with it was a nice touch and makes it easy to control from anywhere. 5 stars all the way.

Air Pro was recommended by our neighbors. Edens came our immediately. She thoroughly inspected our condo and quoted the appropriate sized units. She also recognized our duck work needed to be replaced as they would not hold up with the new system. None of the other companies we called bothered to go into so much detail .
