I never thought I'd find a company like Air Pros on TikTok, lol, but here we are! While scrolling during a work break, I stumbled across their post offering a free estimate and a free furnace. Wuuuuut! With San Diego summers getting hotter and longer, central air was always on my mind. I'd previously gotten an estimate from a company with a pink theme, but their vibe (and price!) turned me off. So, I figured, why not give Air Pros a shot?

I scheduled an appointment with Matt, and I was blown away by his professionalism and expertise. I told him upfront I was only interested in an estimate, not buying, but he was incredibly polite and patient. He presented three options, all at nearly half the cost of the "pink" company's quote. I ended up choosing their most efficient system, which came with a free furnace and 0% interest financing for 60 months. Plus, I qualified for a $2,000 government climate rebate! I never imagined I'd get an AC system I could actually afford!

From start to finish this company is totally amazing. First to our sales rep Angela who took the time to listen to our issues and with no pressure what us through the different system that they had available.
We decided on one and the finance options were great!! Everything done so quickly that we installed the next day.
The installation team was here bright and early at 8am and they got right to work! 3 1/2 hours later they had removed the old system (yes they hauled it away) and had the new system up and running.
They showed me how to work the Ecobee thermostat (included)

I am very pleased with Air Pro. After many calls I finally landed on Air Pro. I live in Escondido and wanted to find the best one in the area. Nate is the one I worked with and he was the best! He walked me through the process and was super helpful. The team worked quickly and got the job done in no time. I was having try with my Ac unit (it wasn’t cooling properly) air pro knew what was wrong immediately, and started working right away. They have amazing workers and customer service. Overall my experience was a 10/10, I would definitely recommend to everyone!

I met with Matt and he was very detailed in his due diligence based on my concerns. Had an AC unit that was 18 years old and very inefficient. We decided on a heat pump and eliminated the gas furnace in attic. A much more efficient system. We got all new duct work and vents and relocated thermostat with 5’ of return air. Previously the thermostat was downstairs and return air is upstairs creating an air balance issue. The install team of Paulo and Jerry we great. Attention to detail was evident and very clean. Explained everything they were doing at every step of the way. We had one concern in one bedroom not getting enough air flow. Problem solved by adding 8” duct from air handler direct to room. Had to cut attic access hole larger and their drywaller came next day to fix. This was a very comforting company to work with and feel great about my decision. Price was very competitive for what we received.

I used Air Pro to install an AC unit plus whole-house AC venting. They were fantastic! The communication was great, and day-of: the subs were respectful and patient as I made my last minute decisions, quick but efficient with laying slab for AC unit, responsive to where I wanted the vents inside the home. Once my electrical panel was re-installed they returned to the house (months later) hooked up the AC to the panel and tested it. The house feels amazing with my new system. Their pricing was very reasonable too. Recommend!

So grateful to have you guys on our team! We had some issues with our AC air flow(due to old house build and previous duct work... NOT from Airpro equipment/installation). we had waited quite a long time to replace our HVAC in our home. with lots of research, we had several companies come to our home and give us quotes. Matt was exceptional at explaining every step of his assessment. he’s a math guy and so am l, so it was easy to understand his explanations as to what we needed and what we didn’t have with our old system. he explained the newer systems out there and was happy to stay and spend as much time as we needed. the installation took two days with the guys being very aware of protecting our home (covering carpets and watching the walls while removing the old system). they were very personable and were kind to our pups❤️it’s nice to have heat on these chilly mornings. we thank you and Merry Christmas to all of us🎄❤️

After consulting with 3 different reputable HVAC companies to replace my entire house system I saw an ad on Facebook featuring Air Pro. The ad and company ratings peaked my interest. Matt came by and he took the time to understand my needs and did a great job in guiding me to the best solution. He is extremely knowledgeable and not aggressive in trying to close a deal. I felt he cared about providing the best solution at a fair price. As thrilled as I was with this interaction I was equally impressed with their installation team. The team meant business. They arrived promptly on time and protected my floors and went to work. Non stop, no breaks, completed the job in one day. I highly recommend Air Pro for any HVAC needs.
Action

Contacted Air Pro when my ac went out this summer. The unit was over 20 years old so we decided to replace it in full. Ac and furnace.
During the process we met with 4 different providers and Air Pro ultimately won our business.
It started with a great consultation with Angela where she walked through the installation process and made several different recommendations for a new system. Including ducting.

Our home is a split level so there is ducting in the attic as well as under the home. Air pro and one other firm were throughout enough to check both the attic and crawlspace. They also noted that my air returns were too small for the size of our home. Essentially our system was starved of fresh air. During the install process our returns were repaired and enlarged to make sure the system was getting enough air. Even reopening an older return that had for some reason been closed off. (Under the stairs no less)

We were shown different combinations of ac and furnace units and went with a slim ac unit and gas burning furnace. The ac unit is rated over 35% more efficient than our old unit and we hope to see energy savings next summer when the heat returns.

On instal day the crew showed up promptly at 8am with Romero leading the crew. He has over 25 years of installation experience and it showed with how the crew conducted themselves. When they first rang the doorbell I was introduced to each individual team member and shook all of their hands. Something that honestly stayed with me. There is only one chance to make a first impression and Romero and his team made a lasting one with me.

Angela our consultant came by in the morning to do a walk through with the crew to make sure they understood the ins and outs of our home. Another small touch that was appreciated.

They completed the entire install in one day ducts and all. We had our new ac up and running by 2pm!
They walked us through how to use the new ecobee thermostat and were very friendly.

Pricing wise air pro was very competitive. What I learned in my short time shopping a new system is that price alone should not be the final determining factor. Some companies only offer a 2 year warranty on labor for example. Air Pro offers 10. Small details like this should factor in to your decision.

From consultation to install the Air Pros team was great. Most importantly at the end of the day they did exactly what they said they would do.

We were in the market for a new AC and Heater since we purchased our home. Originally we were just going to repair our old system, but we found out that it was oversized for the house.

We shopped around a few quotes with different companies and gave Air Pro a chance after going through their online quote process. Seemed too good to be true because not only was it the lowest, but it had the best financing offer and the easiest process. The next day Angela came to our home for an in-person inspection and was super nice and provided us with an honest quote that really worked with our needs and our budget, and it actually came below the online quote. Not only was the price right, the warranty offer was miles ahead of the nearest competitor.

The techs, Paulo and Jerry, were very nice and courteous, they got the job done fast and we're very efficient. We're so happy with our system. I've been recommending them to anybody in my family and friends who've been looking for new AC.

Im happy and impressed with the AC/Furnace replacement Air Pro recommended by Angela. I chose the Heat pump system "no more gas hookup" for the furnace including the ducting.
