My back-to-back tubs were clogged, so I called this company for an estimate. After the work was done, they raised the price, claiming it was because there were two showers—even though that had already been considered in the original quote.

They also told me my pipes were very corroded and quoted $5,000 to dig underneath and replace them. On top of that, they said the clog was only temporarily fixed, even though the water was still draining very slowly when they left.

The next day I had to call another plumber, who fixed the clog from a different access point and got the water draining normally.

I spoke with the owner for about an hour, and he said he would compensate me by running a camera down the lines. After multiple attempts to schedule it—and several excuses such as being out of town or too busy—he never followed through.

Drainhelp is an awesome company! He’s always taken care of multiple plumbing issues, and he even came to my rescue during emergency repairs. That’s what I love most about his company. His rates are very reasonable and honest. I own and operate several food establishments, and we often run into plumbing problems.
