Really a good experience! From the time I contacted American Cool Construction , until the job was completed, they stayed in contact and exceeded my expectations. I have had so many compliments on the paint. Their use of technology makes the quote acceptance, scheduling, and paying the bill very easy. The project manager ( David) texted/called to keep us up to date with the progress. Great company! Our house looks great!

David treated my project like it was his own home. His attention to detail and customer care was incredible. My new shingles look fantastic, and I’m beyond happy

After my roof leaking a couple of years ago I Contacted several roofers with promises of return calls and David from American Cool Construction was the only one that returned my call and took care of my roof. I was shocked when I found out he was the owner and had such a personalized service. He inspected and patch my roof and was always honest with me and never pressured me to get a new roof even though it was obvious that I needed one from the first time!. Each year I would call with new shingles repairs until I finally replaced the whole roof this year! The process was easy and they took care of everything.

We had the pleasure of working with David and his team, when we replaced our roof, replaced the siding and exterior paint on our house. They were all so nice and professional. They were so easy to work with, and always wanted us to be happy. We are very happy with the job they did, and highly recommend American Cool Construction!!

I couldn’t be happier with the concrete tile roof installed by Guy and his crew. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained why this was the best option for my home. The installation was quick, and they kept everything clean.

I recently had my roof replaced due to storm and wind damage. Working with Tom was great. He was friendly and professional, always recommending material that would last longer but still open to my questions and objections. Tom arrived promptly when he said he would to perform the estimate, and arrived to ensure the project kicked off properly. I had one other estimate no-show and another one was two months out just for an estimate.

I had to wait one week longer than promised for the start date, but that may be due to roofing demands after the recent storms. The crew was friendly and professional. Givani (the foreman) introduced himself on the first day and let me know if I had any questions or issues, he would be there right along with Tom.

After about a week of work, my new roof looks great and would last longer than my previous roof. I would highly recommend ACC. Give Tom a call. (*And of course Joe Blow is just my display name.*)

I highly recommend ACC for your roof! David showed us that our roof had no underlay under the ceramic tiles, so we had no waterproof barrier protecting our home. He explained the situation very clearly and we were on board. The entire crew was hard working, respectful and friendly, and always started work on time and did a great job! David would come inspect on a daily basis, and my husband and I always looked forward to chatting with him on his visits. Noah, David's business partner, took over the daily visits when David was out of town, and we found him to be just as kind and warm.

David and his team did an excellent job. Very professional and offered a good price. Would definitely recommend!

Had our roof replaced approximately 3/4 months ago. Extremely satisfied with American Cool Construction, Yan and his team were very detailed and professional. Communication was great and they let me know about anything that needed to be replaced.Had 5 different estimates and I went with ACC. I had lots of wood that needed to be replaced and they took care of all of that. Four days and had a brand new roof, had one problem with lose nails around the house, told Yan and he had them pick up the next day. I Highly recommend American Cool Construction...

Absolutely a five star experience from a five star company. Communication with the owners, office staff, foremen and crews is excellent - everyone is professional, polite and serious about doing the best job possible. I first worked with ACC when they reroofed my daughter's home - and liked them enough that I hired them to do my roof one year later. David and the team are the best!

We had a small leak that turned into a big headache, but Orli took care of it right away. She explained everything clearly and made sure it was fixed properly. Definitely someone you can trust!

After getting quotes from 2 other roofers, we had a great experience with American Cool! We had the roof and attic insulation replaced. It was a big job but they had it handled and the pricing was on the low end of all the bids. The foremen and owners were direct and prompt about communication and didn't try to upsell us, just give us a solid new roof. They addressed any concerns that came up and did a final walk-through with us to ensure that every detail had been completed and all our questions and concerns were addressed.

The crew was hard-working, efficient and friendly. They were also respectful of noise and didn't yell or play loud music, which I know the neighbors appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will be calling them again when it's time to replace the garage roof.

AMERICAN COOL CONSTRUCTION performed a reroofing project on our home this last week. The entire group of individuals from the management to the field supervision coordinated each step with the utmost professionalism. The installers worked tirelessly during the hot days and didn’t miss a beat. Each day the crew left our property clean and ready for the next day. Even our neighbors commented on how nice the process looked. The end result is a great looking roof, the Presidential style and the best part was the overall cost was the lowest of all contractors contacted for the same scope of work.
