In the middle of the last storm we had 2 leaks in the roof. We got David contact from our neighbor that used American cool construction last year, David cane to meet us at the same day. 4 days later we had a new roof.

I had a fantastic experience with American Cool Construction ! From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and provided a fair and competitive quote.

The crew worked efficiently and paid close attention to detail, making sure the job was done right. I especially appreciated how clean they left the site each day no nails or debris left behind. The new roof looks amazing and has already made a noticeable difference in both appearance and insulation.

5 stars because my roof & gutters look great & it was finished in a reasonable time frame. BUT most importantly, Orli is a fantastic asset to this company, she will hold your hand throughout the whole process & reassure you that it'll all be done to code & to your satisfaction. As a single female, she was basically my "therapist " lol keeping me calm when I was already stressed because getting a new roof in itself isn't fun financially or otherwise. Orli and her team are lifesavers! Orli is very honest and upfront and did what was needed on my tile roof while others tried to push us into replacing our whole roof.
They came in and did a fantastic job of sprucing up our roof and solar panels. Orli’s team made sure to go above and beyond and spent two days replacing and repairing broken tiles, patching underlayment, clearing very dirty valleys etc.

I worked with Orli, a Project Manager with American Cool. From the first contact, she and the company took care of me. I got great customer service and thorough roof repair and maintenance including roof and gutter cleaning. I recommend this company and their staff.

We recently had America Cool Construction come out to take care of a repair and then perform maintenance on our Spanish tile roof, and we couldn't be happier with the results. David was very knowlegable and patiently explained the issues that needed to be addressed. He helped us understand why regular roof maintenance is so important, which we hadn't thought much about before. We had no idea how much debris collects under the tile roof in the valley areas. As David explained, this over time can cause leaks and roof damage.

The team was professional and friendly. The work was scheduled and they showed up on time that day. Our home is a two-story so they took photos as they proceeded with the repairs, so we could see their progress.

The quality of their work was fantastic; they really know what they're doing. We feel so much more confident about the condition of the roof now. If you're looking for reliable help with your roof, I definitely recommend giving them a call!

The roof they replaced was dated now it's up to date with the latest great material on the market.

Such cool roof shingles and synthetic underlayment which is more durable and tear resistant. We also added ridge vent to improve attic ventilation. They replaced the old gutters with new gutters.

I also like their workmanship comes with 10 year warranty.

The house use to be sitting 85F with the AC on during the summers with the new roof the house now sits at 75F with the AC on.

We went with Shasta white shingles for the most reflective rating. (0.29)

This house had chronic leak in roof due to the roof being dated, but with the new roof I'm certain this will not leak for many years to come.

They replaced a lot of wood rot and I knew I was in good hands based on their review ratings, which is quite impressive.

Their pricing was the most reasonable compared to other companies I got quotes from ranging 50% to double the price more than American Cool Construction. We went with American Cool Construction offer.

I would recommend American Construction for their service and reasonable pricing.

I am very satisfied by their service they completed the project about a week.

We are first time homebuyers and the house we bought needed a roof I had a few quotes from other companies but just wasn't the right ones. I found American Cool on Angi's list and when Orli reached out she was the only one who wanted to met at our house to go over what needed to be done she climbed up on the roof and did her thing. That's when I knew we found the right company. American Cool Roofing did an amazing job! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Orli, the project manager, is truly outstand-ing--professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. You can tell they really care about their customers and treat you like family. Affordable pricing!

The end result looks good but it was painful to get there. David gave us a great price but I was disappointed with the customer service. It seemed he was too busy to make sure customers were taken care of. The demo team arrived on a Thursday and didn’t ask me to move my car nor boat from the front of my house which resulted in both being completely filthy. I was disappointed the crew pulled the electrical cord out of my boat to use and moved the ramp from my driveway to use as a chock for their trailer. I was not informed the crew was going to show up on a Saturday at 7am which woke up my family and I came home to workers crawling over my fence since it was locked. It wasn’t until Tuesday the next week when the new roof was installed and then the following Saturday when they came to clean up and remove all their ladders from my property. I also noticed the crew scratched my car and ripped my cover. David said he would pay for a patch kit for the cover but I’m not sure what to do about the scratch on my car. I’m disappointed the project was so drawn out, especially since it took an additional week for my solar panels to be reinstalled.
I had to constantly clean up my driveway for two weeks so I could leave my house and I am still finding nails and debris on my property. I can see there are some left over nails on the roof which are going to slowly fall over time.
Finally, it looks a little goofy that they replaced some rotten wood on the edge but didn’t paint it to match the trim color. I wish they had offered to paint even if there was a small charge.

Update: David did offer a $325 discount for the damage his crew did.

Our project started after a storm caused damage to our roof. Orli handled it quickly and professionally. She kept us updated and made sure nothing was delayed. Really appreciated her follow-through. And in general, everyone in this company were very polite and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!!
