Immediately identified the issue as needing a new blower motor. Said it is all covered by the warranty, and should be a week or so for the new motor to arrive. So happy! Very professional Outstanding!

Living in Sacramento for a majority of my life, I have become accustomed to the city’s grueling summers. However, climate change has seemed to add an extra layer to the heat…humidity! Although the overall temperatures haven’t been too crazy thus far (fingers crossed this remains true for the remainder of the summer), humidity and high UV indexes have been prevalent. Therefore, my wife and I knew that we had to contact our home warranty ASAP when we realized that our air conditioning unit was not functioning properly.

When I say not functioning properly, I’m specifically referring to a slow flow of mildly cold air blowing through our vents. After sharing this with our home warranty, they informed us that Round Tuit Heating and Air would be the business fulfilling our needs. The morning of our appointment a friendly employee by the name of Nick arrived at our doorstep. Nick inquired about the issues that we were encountering and quickly went to work! Roughly 30 minutes later, Nick had completed the required repair and informed us that the slow flow of almost warm air was due to a freon leak. To remedy the issue, he used a sealant to address the leak.

Since the repair, we have noticed that the air blowing from the vents is more intense and much colder. So cold that my 12 year old needed to cover himself with a throw while watching TV. We are definitely looking forward to better sleep, an overall cooler home, and a lower electric bill. Great customer service and efficient…thank you Round Tuit Heating and Air!

Michael was awesome! First when I called the Round Tuit HVAC company, I spoke with Nick. He was great. Saved a time slot for me the very next day. Called again to confirm, and spoke with Sabrina. She was also very pleasant and nice! I then got a text conformation for my appointment, and then another text with my technician's name and photo - Michael - and that he was on his way! Arrived on time. Diagnosed the issue, which was a power issue and showed me I had low freon, with his equipment. Kindly explained the process, and when it was completed, showed me again the level I was at and that's where I need to be. Unit is back and running and doing great. Thank You Round Tuit and Thank You Michael. Highly recommend this company!! GREAT customer service and communication from their entire team, beginning to end.

Michael came out to service a warranty request on our mini-split and was very helpful and professional. Glad to have our heating up and running again.

We had an issue with our heater not coming on. We had been out of town for 2 weeks and came home at midnight to a freezing house. I called Round Tuit in the morning and they arranged for Jesus to come out later that day. He had been out before and replaced a switch in the heater and it worked fine, but now it was off again. He checked it out and it was the capacitor, which he replaced, and it was up and running again. He's always been very personable, knowledgeable and professional, explaining everything. The girl in the office has also been very accommodating. We've had a great experience with this company.
