My AC unit took a dump on a 105° day and Tim showed up within an hour and replaced my condenser fan motor with the quickness. Great price, and response time, in my opinion for an emergency repair and the unit is purring like a kitten. 5 stars all day and highly recommended.

The Owner Tim was very fair. his price was the best I could find for a licensed professional. he replaced both the heater and air conditoner and suggested changes to the ducting system. I am so happy with the performance of the system. thanks

They came out the same day and fixed our ac in a couple hours. We decided to replace our system last week and deducted the previous service call from the price. They put the new system in and we couoldnt be happier. They were cheaper than the other bids and very professional. They are now putting a new system in our parents house. Highly recommend!

What a relief! I had my heater go out this week! Whyyyyyy! It was so cold in the house! Luckily Hot & Cold HVAC was recommended to me by my brother in law. They came right over the next day! They showed up on the morning which was convenient for me. They diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes. They ran out and got the part they needed really fast and VOILA! GOOD AS NEW! Tim was awesome and really nice! Not only does my brother in law recommend them, but from now on, so will I! Thanks Tim! It's warm in my house again!

Tim was awesome! My parents HVAC died during the horrible July heat wave. I called Tim and he made it a priority to get a new system installed for my eighty year old parents. He gave me nearly daily updates. Even with the delay in getting some of the parts, he had my parents up and going in just over a week. Couldn’t recommend him high enough.

We had a freon leak and, of course, it happened during the triple digit heat wave when we needed AC the most! We were referred to Tim and he was able to fit us in his schedule right away. He was able to identify the source of the leak and repair it. He stands by his great work and his company is also reasonably priced. Our neighbors have also been having AC issues and we've been referring everyone to Tim! We'll be keeping his contact info for any future needs!
