House was left a mess after chimney cleaning, black soot all over my kitchen (which isn’t close to the chimney) took multiple wipe downs to clean everything up. Had to steam clean my brand new couch and the water that came out was black. No shoe covers worn, and rolled dirty vacuum over white rug and left a stain that now I have to pay to have cleaned. I’ve gotten a chimney cleaned before and this was never the case afterwards. The cleaning technician was very nice and that’s the only reason this isn’t a 1 star. Cleanliness was terrible

Our ducts were cleaned today, and the technician was thorough and professional. This is the second time we’ve used them, and we’ll continue to trust them going forward.

I was In need of a chimney cleaning near me and chimney guys was to the rescue! I have 2 chimneys that I have not used, and needed them to get a chimney inspection as well.

I was looking for a Local HVAC air duct cleaning company near me and I was asking for estimates but no one wanted to give me a quote on the phone them I called air and duct cleaning chimney guys they asked me how many vents I have and based on that they can give me a quote
I agreed to the price and there service was top notch
Great communication explained me how the HVAC AC system works also he repaired my air vent because it was ripped
Then they checked my dryer vent saying it needed cleaning wow this company has amazing integrity they also showed me pictures before and after thank you sunny and he's helper

Both of my bathroom fans went out around the same time. They are very old and cheap, and were very dirty. Shon came out earlier than expected and worked very quickly to diagnose and fix the problems. One fan stopped working again a few minutes after he left but he came right back to check it. Turns out the parts that were cleaned just needed to dry off.

Sunny and Mo-mo are amazing! I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out on a Friday. They got here at the scheduled time and got straight to work. We converted our gas fireplace to a wood-burning fireplace. They inspected everything properly, fixed a couple of issues we had, and even cleaned our dryer vent.
A couple of days later, we built our first fire being new to this. It had an odd smell, and we were not sure if that was normal. We called Sunny, he arrived that day to tell us that everything was normal. He educated us on the proper amount of wood to add to the fire to eliminate any smoke coming into our house.
I recommend this company to all of our friends and family and you too if you’re reading my review.

Chimney guys did an awesome job deep cleaning the air vents at our rental property also inspected the chimneys went over in detail any repairs that needed to be made. Repaired a dryer vent no extra charge. I recommend and will use them again.

THIS IS ABSURD!! I hired this company to remove a chimney, in their messages they acted like they knew what they were doing. I found out they didn't even read my request. They went to my tenant's home and did nothing because they ARE NOT CAPABLE of fixing my issue. YET they charged my tenant for something they cant do. They should have called ME about money, and no one else.

I should have noticed all the ONE STAR reviews they have.

I called duct cleaning guys to do an HVAC inspection they said I need to deep clean my air ducts and sanitize them they were on time, friendly, answered all my questions, and did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts they also did a dryer vent inspection saying next year I will need cleaning duct cleaning guys have great integrity I will definitely call them next year for my Dryer duct & vent cleaning services
