It has been a great experience asking A+Chimney Sweep and Fireplace Repair to check our fireplace and chimney!. They called 30 minutes before arrival. Courteous and professional. The technician explained the various options regarding our chimney and cap without the usual pressure and hard core sales tactics, so that I could make an informed decision. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services.

I was in need of a dryer vent duct cleaning and chimney sweep for my fireplace I called air duct cleaning chimney guys they were easy to book.

I was I need of a duct repair I just moved to fair oaks ca and the home inspector said there is a ripped duct in the attic needing to be replaced I called air duct cleaning chimney guys usa

I was i need to clean my dryer vent because my clothes were not drying they were super easy to book the technician was on time did an inspection saying I just need to clean the air duct of the dryer vent he also said he does chimneys he inspected it saying it is safe to use and I should clean my dryer vent and chimney fireplace once a year by it is a 10/10 and I will definitely use them again for my yearly chimneys and air duct cleaning services the tech was sunny 🌞 thank you again

My chimney was not drafting smoke smoothly through the chimney flue but blowing smoke in to my house I called chimney guys, there were super easy to book, on time,
He showed me pictures before and after explaining me what is wrong with my chimney saying there is a build up of creosote inside
I never knew I need to clean my chimney every year
He went straight to work and I have 2 chimneys one a free standing chimney stove the second is a gas burner that he repaired it because it hade a leak...
I also added photos before and after.

They did a good job of cleaning out the chimney, air ducts (from what was visible at least), and the dryer vent. They are also very nice when they spoke with my wife or myself. The price was also decent. However, when my wife and I returned home later that night we found soot all over the living room, including our vintage couch set and my expensive laptop. I had to make a Home Depot run to replace the filters they threw away for my A/C intake (overall cost was around $50), and to buy a new mop because our swiffer mop was needing a pad replacement every few sweeps. I found it to be a bit disrespectful to be so inconsiderate of our personal belongings, and every time I spoke with the company about what happened I was told they would get back to me, but they never did. You get what you pay for I guess and the only reason I didn't put less stars was because the price and they are generally nice people it seems like.

I called a few days ago air duct cleaning chimney guys to schedule an appointment for a chimney inspection they were able to schedule me am appointment a day after that was fast:)
The technician said I was In need of a chimney sweep and I have cracks on the top of my chimney saying i need a chimney crown repair he's estimate was very decent and he went straight to work going on the roof doing the work like he's said he will also cleaned the fireplace and chimney flue this company has great integrity and I will definitely be using them for my annual chimney inspection and sweep thank you again:)

Hired chimney sweep service from them twice. Repair during 2nd service didn't hold. Called 3x for them to come out, reinspect and repair. Each time I was told a technician would call me back within 5 minutes. No call. 2nd call scheduled an appointment, no show, no call, no communication whatsoever.

Poor service, poor quality, no call/no show.
