I cannot say enough about Dennis at Best Appliance! He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, and helpful, which is so rare these days. After a nightmare experience with another appliance repair company who claimed to be Sub-Zero certified, we had pretty much given up on ever having a functioning ice-maker again. We are so grateful that he was able to rectify their errors, and fix our icemaker. Not only that, he was kind, punctual, and extremely fair. A big thank you to Dennis at Best Appliance!

This is the third time I have used Best Appliance since modern day appliances no longer hold up like they did 50 years ago. Best has sent a well qualified service tech every time, brought the correct parts to make the repairs, solved my issue and on a couple of occasion exceeded my expectations. On one occasion after fixing my issue the tech suggested I purchase a low cost after market air deflector for the freezer to keep the ice from sticking together, great improvement. On another occasion the mother board on a built in microwave went out. They informed me GE no longer made replacement mother boards. I discovered GE's replacement model was larger and wouldn't fit in our custom kitchen cabinet. I contacted Best Appliance a second time and they tracked down a company 800 miles away that rebuilds mother boards, problem solved. Great customer service every time I use them.
I was referred through my insurance agency to Best Appliance in Nov 2021 to diagnose a dryer that wouldn’t dry, dishwasher arm that fell off, oven that appeared off temp wise, & to service the washer. The only tech who could work on my washer & dryer forgot to hook the vent back up when he did diagnostic on my appliances. I called immediately stating that I smelled a gas scent & my laundry area was wet. I was informed the tech suggested I Youtube how to hook up the vent myself if I couldn’t wait until he was in my area (typically a 2 week wait). Comical to anyone who knows me! I called every couple weeks seeking an update since the holiday was coming up and I was anxious for my oven. I waited weeks for my parts being advised by Jennifer & Cody when I called that they were on their way. At the end of December I spoke to Dan, the manager, who informed me that he would be my “point of contact”. Sadly, there was zero contact initiated by him after that call. He also didn’t return 2 messages left on their VM. January came and went. I waited approximately 3 months (02/17) before the same tech came back. Nice guy but unfortunately once he arrived my appliances were still not fixed. My insurance company was told the appliances were all working well and my case was closed. My dryer wouldn’t dry and got stuck running (scary!), the newly installed dishwasher arm didn’t stay on for one wash, and the oven performance didn’t change at all. Also, the tech broke the dial on my dryer so we cant tell the time it’s set for. Today, a new company came out who said my oven is 47 degrees hotter than it should be, the part for the dishwasher doesn’t work and a new one is needed, the washer needs a cleaner run in it (my responsibility) and the dryer has exposed wires, needs a gasket, and some other part that’s on order. I just waited 4 months for Best Appliance to resolve an issue that this company will resolve in 1 week. I have no words but I do have a warning - don’t use Best Appliance!
