My experience with Clayton Brothers Heating and Air was excellent. They were on time, very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up nicely afterwards.
Dealing with Nathan, one of the owners, was a pleasure. Not only was his quote reasonable, but after paying him, he calculated that I was due a partial refund.

Nathan came by to solve an issue with our system not igniting. He noticed that the issue was a simple solution. He chose not to charge us. We insisted but he simply couldn't accept it. When our furnace failed last year, Nate at Clayton Brothers presented a competitive price on top quality equipment. He took the time to present us with multiple options and help us evaluate our needs for both heating and A/C while explaining the process thoroughly. He and his team were on time, clean and professional throughout the two day project. The replacement equipment has worked flawlessly through the summer and winter and our gas and electric usage have dropped by 10%.

We are on day 5 of a 10 day heat wave. AC stopped so I was referred by AHS to another company who wanted to charge me $5680. NATE of Clayton Brothers checked the unit & said compressor was fine. Cleaned something, switched something, and I've got my air conditioner back. They are the ONLY company I'll trust from now on.

Don't waste your time with other companies. Go with the local pros who know EVERYTHING EVERYWAY to get units fixed right!!

These guys are excellent! A/C went out 7 pm July 3. Nate was able to come out 9 am on JULY 4 holiday and get it up and running. A true life saver during our extreme heatwave. Outstanding service! This was huge! Pleasant and competent workers.👍

Our home's AC unit recently failed, and we contacted Clayton Brothers Heating & Air to schedule a repair. Even though it was after 6 PM, they came out within 15 minutes of our call. Ten minutes and one capacitor later the unit was back up and running! We highly recommend Clayton Brothers --- they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced. We intend to use their services for maintenance and repair in the future.

My HVAC stopped cooling and the temperature in the house rose to over 90 degrees. I called the company I've done business with for years, and after I sweltered for 3 days, a tech came out and told me the unit was too old, could not be repaired, and everything needed to be replaced - for $15,000. I found The Clayton Brothers on line, called, and they were here within an hour. They inspected, replaced one part, and said my my 8 year old unit should be fine for a good long time. Nathan and Cory were fantastic, and the entire charge for their services was $200. I am so grateful to them, and so impressed by their integrity. Can't thank them enough!

Nate and his team were wonderful. I had a problem with my AC making very loud unusual noises. Always worried that something like this would be a big expensive job, I called Clayton Bros and they responded very quickly and immediately put me at ease.

Responsive, Efficient, Professional. Nathan took my call on a Saturday afternoon during a recent heat wave and booked an appointment for the next morning. He quickly replaced our AC system capacitor, and the service call was done in about 30 minutes. We will call Clayton Brothers HVAC for our future needs.

Our +20 year old A/C unit went out during a heat wave. We called Clayton Brothers Heating & Air and spoke to Nathan. Within an hour a service rep was at our house inspecting our A/C unit. Because of the age of the A/C unit, we were expecting to spend $12,000 to $15,000 for a replacement. The service rep explained the problem and method of repairs. Instead of spending $12,000 to $15,000 on a new unit, we spent $522 in repairs and the unit is running fine. Highly recommend Clayton Brothers Heating & Air. Down the road when we need a new A/C unit, we will be calling Clayton Brothers. Thanks for the excellent service.

We have been having trouble with power outages for the last two days. On the second day, our air conditioning unit went out. The next day was to be the hottest day of the year. It was also a Saturday.

I called Clayton brothers heating and air conditioning. On Saturday morning. I was told. Nate could be at our house between nine and 10. He showed up on time, went right to work and repaired our AC unit in short order. I could not have asked for a better outcome! Clayton brothers heating and air conditioning are reliable and very reasonably priced. If I have any other heating and air-conditioning problems, I will be calling Clayton brothers! Dennis C.

I had Clayton brothers install a new AC unit, furnace and duct work for me over the weekend and couldn't be happier. The prices were very competitive and their installers were top notch and very professional. Upon beginning the removal of the old duct work and equipment they protected all the carpeting that would be along their pathway in and out of the house which was a big thumbs up in my book. They were very cautious of walls and decor as well. The install came out great and I'm more than pleased with the performance of the equipment! The lead installer showed me how to set up the app on my phone for the new thermostat as well as how to operate it.Big thank you to the the whole crew over at Clayton brothers for the great customer service and installation....nice to see people take pride in their work and finished product.
