Sears Appliance Repair

This repair was not carried out in sensible manner. The hose for the water dispenser had multiple leaks which the repairman clamped. I pointed out that the hose was obviously worn out and needed to be replaced, however the repairman would not replace the hose because he did not have a hose on the truck. The hose is leaking again, of course, and an additional home visit for the repair id now required, plus additional damage was done to the wall and baseboards behind the fridge from the new water leaks.
The repairman appeared to be primarily concerned with selling me a warranty on all my home appliances and much less concerned about the actual repair I needed for our refrigerator. He was polite, but that is about all I can say positive about this experience.

Appointment made online. Arrival confirmed day before, and then again by tech just before appointment. Diagnosis made, parts ordered. Some were back ordered, so it took a couple of weeks. Once parts here, made new appointment, then job completed. Sears service always excellent, if sometimes pricey. But on-line coupons for 20% helped take the sting out. I would use them again.

We have been getting our product service by Sears for many years now, and their service has always been exceptional! The staff that comes into our home is always very respectful and courteous. They always try to take precautions as to not damage anything and even go as far as to putting liners on their shoes especially during the winter.
