Please note they only install what you buy from them.
"Hello Rene, thank you for your interest. To maximize ours and our clients success on the functionality of electronics, we only install equipment that was purchased from Hi-Tech Home." -
The team at Hi-Tech Homes was very professional and came out to our
home, scoped out the installation and provided up with various options.
They were able to work with our schedule, and did all the measurements
and identified/labeled all the appropriate locations for the equipment and
did an excellent job. Once the equipment was installed, they provided us
with the training to manage it.
We are very happy customers of theirs and have enjoyed working with
them.

I used another service to wire my home for audio/visual in 2008. In 2012, I called Hi Tech to fix what the first installers had done and convert an extra room I had into a theater room. They replaced and reorganized the existing equipment. When they were done, everything sounded, looked, and worked much better. Any time I have a question or some equipment that a needs programming (usually at night), someone at Hi Tech will respond to a message or late-night email as soon as they open. All the techs that come to the house are professional and knowledgeable. The management team is straightforward and experienced. I highly recommend them if you are considering upgrading your equipment or movie-watching space.

I have been dealing with Hi-Tech homes for over 12 years they have done two homes, a pool house with Control4, alarm and cameras. I have also added cameras in three locations of my business. Chris always takes care of me and Chad has even been known to respond to my emails on the weekends. A few years back I moved my alarm service in all three locations of my to them as well. We have been really happy and they take good care of us. I have recommended them many times and haven't ever been disappointed. Give Chris a call at Hi-Tech Homes and he will take care of you.

We have been with Hi-Tech since we had our house built. What we initially had done has evolved into something much bigger. In my dealings with the staff at Hi-Tech they have been very accommodating and very professional. Any time I need assistance they have been able to work with my schedule. Chris and Chad both are an asset to the company. I have referred other people to them and the level of service provided to them has been outstanding. Good work guys!

No customer service, you don't ever get a live person. I've been trying to contact them for a week. Go somewhere else where your money's worth. Sucks for me that Leo Wilson had recommended them and I already paid for their service in advanced.
Official response from representative 29.04.2018 21:10Thank you for contacting us. We spoke with our office staff and understand that they promptly reached out to you to resolve the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We value all of our customers feedback, and appreciate your business. -
I have worked with FutureHome since 2002. I have a large home and yard; they needed to wire the entire house and my backyard, put in speakers, and establish a home entertainment center.
They were very thorough, efficient, well prepared, and caring. When I noticed that the sound was originally a little flat to my liking, they came in and made adjustments without question or complaint.
Since that original work, I've bought another two flat screen TV's and a piece of furniture through them.
I highly recommend them. -
Excellent people, nice job, never disappoint you. I usually deal with Ian and Scott. Other people have also done jobs, and always to our satisfaction. They have set up our home theater with drop down large screen in the large family room, shutters also drop and make it a dark at any given time of the day. In our previous home we had a separate room for theater which became boring after a month and no one wanted to sit there alone. Now, we can watch movies, or games with lots of friends and family together. The sound system is phenomenal. The projector was found after extensive research because of the long distance to screen, to maintain the brightness and resolution. Interestingly a military consultant who had worked in the Gulf knew of a Swedish company which made the largest commercial projectors. Which led to a problem of extreme heating and burning of the projection bulbs. So Ian's innovation worked and a very large number of fans had to be installed, but still projector was too big and hot to be kept in the closet which was made for numerous components, too many to name. With advanced technology and thanks to Future Homes advanced and planning before even the house was built ten years later all we do is call them every year to add the new technology, such as streaming. Thanks to Apple, Roku, and hopefully Fiber-optic wiring we may have wireless system everywhere. Since everything in this world has to die, it's very upsetting when one thing or another stops working. But, our guys almost always come within few days and replace or upgrade the part. Interestingly in our 10,000 sq ft home with only two people we have two very large curved TV installed, one of which is in a sitting area for my wife, and another in an Exercise Room. The slots for the TVs were also made during plans.
The guys have become our friends over the years.
